"Η καταγραφή είναι πολύ αποτελεσματική, ήρθαμε αργά και ήταν μια πληροφορία που ο αριθμός του δωματίου και τα κλειδιά του δωματίου(τυπικότητα την επόμενη ημέρα), η καταγραφή είναι επίσης αποτελεσματική, αφήναμε τα κλειδιά στο δωμάτιο, καθάριζε το δωμάτιο κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, στην πισίνα φρόντιζε την καθαρότητα, σε κάθε δωμάτιο του κλιματισμού, η περιοχή Cala Gandala ομορφιά!!!"

"Ένα μικρό ξενοδοχείο με αυτοέλεγχο στο κέντρο του Es Castel VI προτείνει να νοικιάσετε ένα σκότο από το Manel θα βρείτε το εισιτήριο στην είσοδο τόσο ακριβό ώστε να μπορείτε να γυρίσετε όλο το νησί αν θέλετε να πάτε σε δύο τροχούς. Λυπάμαι αν μπορείτε να το λέτε στην βεράντα για όσους καπνίζουν δεν μπορείτε να καπνίσετε λέτε λυπάμαι γιατί έχει μια όμορφη θέα και σας καλεί να σταματήσετε! Το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ άνετο και πολύ άνετο και πολύ ωραίο και χαμογελαστές! Δεν περιμένουμε να επιστρέψουμε σε εσάς."

"We had a really relaxing time here. Staff are warm and friendly, breakfast is excellent with lots of choice, constantly replenished. The pool area is a nice chill-out zone. Rooms are a good size with super en-suite shower room. Location is peaceful while being just a few minutes walk from the harbour and the magnificent old town of Ciutadella. Would return in a heartbeat. Totally recommend."

"We had a stay between the 20th and 25th September (5 nights) with the All Inclusive option. On the 2nd night there was moderate rain with thunder, and a reasonable amount of water appeared inside the apartment (kitchen area) which flooded part of the kitchen and living room (right above the electrical panel). We tried calling reception several times and no one answered, so we had to go to reception in person, in the rain. At reception, they said that they were unable to resolve the problem, they had no free rooms and that we were not the only ones in the same situation. They gave us some towels to contain the flood, ourselves. After our complaint, this matter was never addressed by them again and there were no justification. We were never able to access a pool towel, and on the first day we were told that they could have them the next morning but that there were very few, this is not acceptable for a 4star hotel. The All Inclusive concept in this hotel is more realistic as Full Board + Drink. There is only 1 employee for bar service + table service + cleaning the area itself. The All Inclusive information they gave us on the reception was different from what is displayed in the bar and what is currently practiced. On the last day, a bar employee (the first time we were served by her) tells us that we can order any meal to take away, if we are not staying at the hotel (information that was never given to us at reception, even though we had asked which includes All Inclusive). For us, not a 4 * hotel."

Very UK tourist orientated....."

"Η Όλγα ήταν ένα καταπληκτικό άτομο! Μας έδωσε μια καταπληκτική υπηρεσία από το checkin μέχρι το checkout και μας συστήνει επίσης μερικά σημεία γύρω από τη Μενόρκα. Η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ κεντρική, περπατώντας απόσταση από όλα γύρω από το Μάχον!"

"Πλήρης εξοπλισμός, ηλιακό φως, πετσέτες και κουβέρτες για την παραλία. Υγιεινή: πολύ καθαρή. Περιβάλλον: σε ένα ξενοδοχείο με ιστορικό σπίτι. Υπηρεσία: Υπέροχη, φιλική, πρωινό δεν έχει αλλάξει τρεις μέρες, κάθε μέρα έχει το αφεντικό του καφέ ή χυμό."
