The Resort's location is excellent if you have a car, as it's located between Marbella, Fuengirola, Benalmádena, and Malaga. But without a car, you risk spending a lot on Ubers, even if the prices aren't too expensive."

"Been at least five years since we stayed here on site. Reception staff very welcoming and highly professional. Room was perfect (included a solarium) and cleaning was spotless every day. Massive improvement at the 19th hole, service quick and food was excellent! As for the golf, as we grow older and our distance from the tee gets shorter there were a couple of holes that were incredibly difficult (14th America & 4th Europa) The greens on America and Europa were like lightning with Asia being slightly more manageable. A round was taking between four and a half hours to five, but we were not in any rush so that was not a problem Summary, not cheap, but quality top drawer. Everyone in our group was delighted with the stay. We will return!"

"Αυτό το μικρό μπουτίκ ξενοδοχείο είναι ένα μικρό πετράδι. Ήμασταν σοκαρισμένοι όταν ελέγξαμε πόσο όμορφο και καθαρό ήταν να πούμε ότι ήταν μόνο 2 αστέρια. Το προσωπικό ήταν τόσο καλοδεχούμενο στην άφιξή μας, μας έδωσε ένα μπουκάλι νερό στο σπίτι, όπως ήταν αργά. Το δωμάτιο ήταν ένα αξιοπρεπές μέγεθος με ένα μεγάλο μπάνιο, και μικρά μπουκάλια ζελέ ντους σαμπουάν και κλιματιστές. Όλα προσθέτουν στις καλές χειρονομίες μας είχαμε καθαρό κρεβάτι και φρέσκα πετσέτες κάθε μέρα. Δεν έχουμε μείνει ποτέ σε ένα 2 αστέρι, αλλά το πρότεινε ένας φίλος. Θα μείνουμε σίγουρα και πάλι. Η τοποθεσία είναι κοντά στην παραλία, εστιατόρια και σούπερ μάρκετ. Πιστεύουμε ότι είναι μόνο ένα 2 αστέρι λόγω έλλειψης θέατρας και γυμνασίων, αλλά η παραλία είναι μόνο 5 λεπτά μακριά."

"In summary a great week's holiday in a very good Hotel complex. Where do I start. Room was a ground floor 3 bedroom flat well equipped with hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, W/Mach. air con in lounge and all three bedrooms and well equipped kitchen area. Lounge comfortable with multi channel TV. Large terrace with loungers and table and chairs. All good. Resort which is sloping was well maintained , landscaping ditto, nice pool area, and restaurant.bar wrapped around by the pools. easy access to the "board walk" which runs around the local coast area. La Plaza restaurant provides a good range of food as well as servicing the pool area.The La plaza lounge also nice food and drink facility.Although we had no car I noted ample car parking. Staff in all areas of the Hotel were friendly and efficient. Special mention of David who assisted with our luggage into and out of the apartment. Downside really applies to people with mobility issues and users of motorised vehicles and probably families with children in prams. The access throughout the resort is via a series of paths with stairs up and down. (Short lengths). Although a road is present from the entrance to near the front of the flat areas it is relatively steep and doesn't manage all of the stairs that have to be passed to reach desired levels. Given the level changes is something which can for a majority of mobility limited people be handled( I did!) and prospective guests should endeavour to secure ground floor apartments. Re luggage transfer from reception to apartment there is porter assistant. There is a controlled by key gate system for security which guests should ensure they get a key for when they check in. Apart from the mobility issue for some people the Hotel exceed my expectations and intend to rebook when time allows. Finally the cost of the apartment we had was very reasonable for a very comfortable unit catering well for users with plenty of towels and towels for the pool area. Highly recommended. AAndrew"

"The “resort” is extremely outdated, tired and ill-equipped. With multiple choices through VRBO and Air Bnb at better prices, avoid this place! We travel a lot and this place does not live up to modern standards - a small TV with streaming services, lacking little things like proper soap, shampoo, tissue papers, a dryer, furniture from this century! The oven door literally fell off when we went to use it and the kettle didn’t work and had to be replaced."

"We had a wonderful stay at this high quality accommodation. It is more than a B&B & has a beautiful terrace with panoramic views over Mijas and down to the coast. Our spacious room had a large bathroom with a modern walk in shower & great eco toiletries Everything about Heart & Home speaks of quality from the facilities ( pool, outdoor hammock & seating) to the decor & high end linen bedding, towels, bathrobes also the beautiful landscaped garden with several private areas to relax. Other key features are the quality of the breakfast with a range of choices that are freshly cooked once an order is placed. There is an honesty bar, onsite parking & yoga sessions upon request. The host An & her colleagues are welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and beyond. It’s perfect for a peaceful stay after arrival or before departure from Malaga as it’s a short drive to the airport. A great find that we will use regularly in the future. Mijas is a lovely town with great restaurants & cafes."
