I thoroughly enjoyed my 5 night stay at Hotel Indigo. The reception staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was well appointed with nice furnishings and was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room had 2 large windows with a city view. Housekeeping came daily and provided excellent service. The public areas/lobby were nice and clean too. The lobby has a large area with abundant seating, a large fireplace and tv. My only suggestion would be to update the tv to a smart tv for access to Netflix and other apps.

The 19th-century charm of the Mount Vernon neighborhood is beautifully echoed within the Ulysses. The delicate stained-glass skylight, the ornate crown molding, and the preserved brass postal box serve as a testament to the building's rich history. But it's not all vintage here. The interiors seamlessly transition from the ornate influences of the Art Nouveau era to a more streamlined approach, evident in the hickory wood furniture adorned with Ash’s custom textiles. And oh, those hand-beaded lampshades and embroidered quilts! They added the perfect splash of color and quirk. A special shout-out to the carved flamingos that support the bedside tables, a delightful nod to Baltimore's own John Waters and his ”Pink Flamingos.” It's this mix of opulence and eccentricity that makes the Ulysses stand out. Booking through Trip.com was a new experience for us. A bit unconventional, sure, but it came through in the clutch. The $35 ”destination fee” threw us for a loop initially, but the $20 credit we received towards our bill at the hotel restaurant (Ash Bar) or the bar (Blooms) made it all worth it. Speaking of Blooms, what an experience! The mirrored ceiling, the crimson banquettes, and the purple stools set the stage for a night to remember. In a nutshell? The Hotel Ulysses is a triumph, an ode to Baltimore's multifaceted spirit. Whether you're here for the history, the design, or the sheer experience, the Ulysses promises and delivers. The hotel is small, but the sanitation is very good, and the breakfast is also good. The parking lot is across the road. You can park your car at the entrance of the hotel to check in. I thought it was 5 yuan to park, but when I left, I realized that it was 5 yuan to leave at 6 am. , we left at 10 and paid $18 for parking, the room had a fridge, no microwave.

This is my first time coming to this hotel I felt very welcomed staff were super nice and professional, clean. It made me feel comfortable the room was amazing bathroom amazing I did not want to leave what I loved was that my name was on the TV I definitely will be returning again soon.

I had a change of plans and needed to change my rooms. They were incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, the room I was moved to looked like it hasn't been touched in weeks/months. The bed had no sheets, stains, cut up straws everywhere, TV was on the bed, empty air-rifle box.. trashed room for sure. I went to the desk for help, and they immediately moved me to a new room. Much, much better... but knowing what that one room looked like, left me feeling a bit weirded out for the rest of the hotel. I was under the impression that there was a breakfast, but it was not available. Not a big issue for me tbh. This is definitely a ”Get you what you pay for” situation. If I had to stay here again.. I would, if there were no other options.

Baltimore is really a bad city to carry out. It is the only hotel that does not have to go to the street with the exhibition hall. Therefore, it has chosen to be better than the imagination. Service attitude is acceptable, the room is not very big, there is a bed less than 1.8m, the sheets are too thin. Located in the golf course, the view is good.
