"I find the Ibis hotel in Millau outdated compared to the ones I'm used to (Ibis and Novotel in Tours). Furthermore, the reception desk is located at a small table in the entrance. It feels like walking into a very old hotel. On the plus side, the staff is very professional and friendly."

"We stayed for one week at Hotel Mercure in Millau at the end of April 2026. We booked a privilege room with view of the viaduct on the 8th floor. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that we needed including kettle, coffee machine and mini fridge. The room had a balcony with 2 chairs and a table with excellent view of the village and the viaduct. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff on reception went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Especially Chanelle who was very helpful in giving us tips on where to eat and visit and spoke excellent English. The breakfast was continental with cereals, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage, then different cheeses to try and various bread and croissants, yogurts and fruits. Plenty of choice. You could make your own drinks from the machine and boil or fry your own eggs. We booked a car park space next to the hotel that could be accessed through a security door which cost €17 euros a day. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"Very clear instructions, because we were going to arrive after midnight, the very sympathetic gentleman. A clean baby bed was waiting for our little princess, very clean room and the location of the hotel is perfect with a very beautiful view. I can only recommend this hotel without hesitation."

"I greeted the receptionist in my bad French and he responded in his good English! The hotel is a bit dated but spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable and the room adequate and large. Our dog stayed with us at no extra charge. Be aware that there are no lights on in the corridor at night and there are no street lights outside. It was pitch black. There may have been corridor light switches but I didn't find them as a I felt along the wall. The dog and I made it outside to the secure parking. "

"Hotel des Causses is well located near the centre of Millau. Run by a Finnish couple Tita & Sami who have a great service attitude and make you welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are clean, tidy and well appointed, the bathrooms are good and the breakfast is really varied with good local produce. Garage parking is available for pre booking, this makes a great place to stay for a Moto Tour!! Recommended "
