Amazing experience, I went with my daughter who is 9 and we both had an amazing time. I loved the fact they cater to all ages as not many spa hotels do to such an extent. From the beautiful hotel decor, the friendly and attentive staff, different spa facilities, soft play and go-karting we could not get enough. I will definitely be going back.

I can honestly say that Avalon Resort is our favorite spa hotel in Hungary. The warm welcome from the hotel staff is consistently heartfelt, making each visit memorable from the start (special thanks to Lukács Bence 😊). The commitment to quality is truly outstanding, evident in every aspect of the experience. Avalon sets an unparalleled standard. Each return feels like a rediscovery of the perfect blend of hospitality and luxury.

My wife and I took her father and a friend for a two night stay to Avalon Hotel and Resort after visiting in 2021. The hotel maintains its charm and quality however this time we were in the top floor of the main building and the rooms are less than soundproof. We could clearly hear our travel companions through the walls when they spoke and this distracted from what is otherwise a great experience. The bed has not overly improved since our last visit. It is far too soft for my liking but this is highly personal and the hotel cannot be faulted. The pillow menu is generous although a 5 star hotel should also offer a feather option. Dining is exquisite and the service impeccable. The staff are well trained and very friendly, dishes prepared to a high standard and presentation is first class. Facilities for children are above reproach and the spa area provides enough for everyone with most tastes covered. We will visit again next year and do recommend this as an option for couples looking for a first class option.

Dear all We have revisited the resort Avalon in Hungary after allmost 7 years . The experience was great as usual , the Spa experience is a great one , services are great , personall very friendly and involved for your satisfaction overall a very great place for relax ! We would like to recommend especially the Turkish Massage experience in the Spa , the very great selection of wines in the Avalon Restaurant , both Hungarian as well the Italian ones , and why not a good Prosseco botle at the outside pool areas … Fish and pasta experience in the restaurant was great ,I can recomand it ! The breakfast experience is very wide for all the tastes . Kleanleaness is a visit card for them , also offering as well underground or on the ground parking for their visitors . Kind regards , CC

Nice vacantion at Avalon,we stay in main building, the room whas clean,spa area is great,outside pool are heated,playground for kids inside and outside,we enjoy the kart track,first electric kart we tray so far,a lot of green area on location.

We booked a room with a terrace in the main building - considering it was bad weather - we made a good choice. Both the quality of the room and the services were exceptional (the bed was too soft for us). I would especially like to highlight the restaurant, which surprised us with a varied high-quality breakfast and quality a la carte food. The whole hotel is characterized by the use of quality materials and perhaps in this context it is no coincidence that good quality SPA services. We didn't feel that something was working because it had to be, a good example of this was the outdoor jacuzzi pool with the right pressure, the sauna with a good temperature, and so on. The arrival experience is very good with friendly staff waiting at the garage reception to offer help with your luggage. The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the check-in was achieved very efficiently, and the procedures were explained fully. We made a reservation for dinner and then explored our rooms. We had two room for our party, one was smaller with a larger balcony and the other a larger room with a smaller balcony. Both were facing to the forest and access road, but were very quiet. Room facilities are good with a Nespresso machine and some welcome beverages. And a small mini bar. The room safe accommodates a 15” laptop without any trouble. The bathroom is small but functional. Both the internal spa area and outside pool area were large enough to handle the number of guests at this time of year, but could be overwhelmed in the summer and winter months. If possible a weekday visit may be better than a weekend. My wife took advantage of the spa treatments and was more than satisfied. Dinner for half-board guests is a sub selection of the full menu, but there was enough choice. Deserts come from a selection of cakes from the display fridge and were all fresh and very tasty. My only complaint, and this would prevent me from revisiting this property, is the bed which is very soft with very low quality pillows. This made for a disturbed and very uncomfortable sleep. It is disappointing to have such a wonderful hotel let down by something that would have been very easy to avoid.
