When you arrive and request check in, they told me that they had no system, which as my stay was paid with points, They would make me a point refund and I would have to pay my room because they had no way to know that my room was actually paid; to what I comment I have the confirmatory that arrived me by post where the point deduction is and they say I have to Wait for the manager, who arrives in 10 minutes or calls the customer service. I decided to wait for 10 minutes and while I wait, plated with the reception girl and tells me that most likely I NOt get a room, he understands I have my family there, but she can't do anything ... reason why I start to it was worried, because my two little girls were sleeping and my husband and I had the power to eat and rest in the hotel before we went out shopping ... Just walked through the food ... Then I worried more because I started to review the costs of both nights and hotels were very expensive ... What affected my travel budget ....
