Price was worth the it, it’s close to all the stores within 10 miles as well and hope to return once work picks up in the area.

We stayed at the HIX 5190 Motel Court on Saturday, September 25th 2021. At checkin there were no luggage carts. Lady behind the counter said people were leaving them in their rooms. They need to handle this. They could find out who it was and ban them from staying again. They need to track the carts. Too easy to fix. Then, at 6pm I tried to take a shower. No hot water. The hotel only has a handful of guests in the hotel at this moment because almost everyone there was going to a function of some sort. I checked my faucet the next morning, still no hot water. I have been staying there on our trips for nine years, now I'm going to stay in Pascagoula or Daphne.

When I feel that it is annoying to write a review, I am amazed at the infinite possibilities and performance of Tripcoin. The hotel is very satisfied.

We have stayed at this hotel for the past 5 years. It has always been a clean and friendly home away from home. We have tried a few other hotels but none compares. When I have traveled to Macon Georgia for a 50 year class reunion, I looked to Wyndham vs the event host hotel.

I did not plan to stay at this hotel- I was on a long road trip, and due to unanticipated road work and traffic accidents along the way that caused significant driving delays, I was unable to make it to my destination that evening. I booked the room on the Marriott Bonvoy app. The desk clerk was not at the front desk when I arrived- he was in a room behind the desk. The hallway was dark and dingy- very poorly lit. The room was clean; however, I wanted to use the freezer in the room refrigerator and found what is shown in the attached photo. Other issues: lightbulb in the room was burnt out, and while shampoo and bar soap was in the room, there was no lotion. I went downstairs to ask for it- and again, the clerk had to be summoned to the desk. I had no issues whatsoever with noise. I was grateful that the hotel had a hot breakfast- the breakfast hostess was outgoing and welcoming, but so much so that she was almost intrusive. This hotel is located in a busy area off of I-65. If you want a less congestion, I suggest driving north a few miles to Saraland- there are newer hotels in a less urban setting. This hotel could be so much better with a thorough renovation and a few tweeks in customer service.

I stayed here Tuesday 7-19-2022 and the Room could not have been better. I had a King Size Single Room on the 3rd floor. I was checked in by an attractive very pleasant woman from India. Folks I have seen negatives reviews for this hotel but I have to speak truth. My Room was impeccably clean and everything worked. Refrigerator, T.V., and AC and the Ice Machine etc. I don't have to tell anyone about the Heat Wave in the United States. When I checked in it was 100 Degrees outside. Inside my room it was Cold!!!!! I could not have asked for more. I had an excellent stay at this Hotel. I am going back next week. Great Hotel!!!!
