Great space very close to transit. Spacious living area & 2 spacious bedrooms. Very easy and quick communication!

Loft is nice but need a good paint job. Garbage bins sit in the main entrance lobby, smelly. Sofa is stained by human fluids, needs a full cleanup.
Communication is mainly in english, they "forget" they live in a province that the FIRST language is french. Parking fee not included...

Beautiful, large space with high ceilings, and skylights, enormous bathroom with a very fancy shower and deep soaking tub, great neighborhood near the canal and the metro. A nice kitchen but no pots and pans or chopping board (please add!), a nice work desk that would be improved with a task light and extension cord.

2 minutes from the Metro - spacious and quiet -- I will look to stay again if I need to return to the area.

The parking situation was a bit confusing at first, but we were able to figure it out. The room was very spacious and beautiful! The kitchen was fully stocked, plenty of clean towels and a comfortable couch!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean; easy check-in and check-out; Easy access to food and the metro; comfortable bed; lots of storage/organizational space.

This place is a hazard and is unsafe. All 4 of my guests woke up with bug bites and a headache from the stench in this room. They also will take security deposits without warning for things like “hallway being crowded with more than 4 people when there are multiple rooms on the floor” this place is a nigh**are do not bring your families their are plenty of places to stay in Montréal. So stay away.
