Cilento Mooloolaba

The floors were dirty but after we cleaned them the apartment was lovely, close to everything and friendly staff. On our departure the lift broke down and scared us for 2 minutes but the doors finally opened.

Apartment was amazing, so much space, smart home air con, lots of hidden goodies for the kids such a dvds puzzles books games. Will be staying in this apartment again 10/10

Apt. looked clean but was actually filthy. Got wine glasses out of cabinet and they looked like they had never been cleaned; with food particles and fingerprints on the glass. Door handles were disgusting to touch. We were disgusted by everything! You could not pay us to come back!!

Beautiful 3 bedder/ 3 ensuites to suit the 3 couples who shared. Close to the Main Street ( 2 min walk). Pool area was lovely and had partial views of the ocean. The place was very clean and had all the necessaries needed to enjoy a relaxed stay. Staff very accomodating and serviced the room while we were there for 8 nights. Free secure parking was a plus. Would stay here again.

Comfortable apartment in ideal location for access to beach and shops

We stayed here over the weekend and could not fault the service. Reception was so friendly, we had a smoke alarm issue and the concierge was super on top of it, amazingly helpful, honestly felt like a home away from home. Even the cleaning staff we bumped into were so kind and friendly. The room itself is a bit dated but impeccably clean and all the amenities worked well (great shower pressure). The location is also incredible, right behind a little access plaza to the main ***** of restaurants. Overall, the great service made this nice apartment complex sensational.

Check in time was 4pm, which is the latest we have come across during our travels. Check out time was strictly 10am, recommend management allow a grace period of 15 minutes before chasing down departing guests to vacate. We booked into 2 two bedroom apartments for our family group through Classic Holidays. Our rooms were 204 & 604. The apartments are very different; if you choose to stay here, ask for #604, a far superior apartment in terms of layout, fittings and kitchen and laundry amenities. Beds were reasonably comfortable, but some pillows smelt damp and musty, we notified Reception of this. There is one allocated secure car space per unit. During our stay, Reception was friendly and hospitable. Cleaning was superficial. The apartments appear overdue for a complete deep and thorough clean. There was dust collecting on the skirtings and in the corners. The bathrooms had black mould and grime in the shower. We did not use the in-room spa. Minimum toiletries provided, suggest bring your own. In the kitchen, some crockery was put away dirty. The oven tray racks had baked on grime and perhaps should just be replaced. Thankfully, the dishwasher and washing machine and dryer functioned. Location is perfect, close to an abundance of shopping, Coles supermarket, cafes and restaurants, the esplanade and beautiful Mooloolaba Beach. The outdoor pool water was clean, and well used. Bring own beach towel. Internet was free and reliable. The apartments had air-conditioning which worked. The building showed a lot of wear and tear. We would choose to stay elsewhere on our next visit to Mooloolaba.

Service was not good at all. Our TV was not working in the lounge, which we notified them, and nothing was done about it. The late check in service, needs a lot of attention. Rooms very average, also dust behind our bedroom pedestals. Sorry but we were not happy. Handy location though, but that’s it for us
