"We had a really good stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and overall the experience was very positive. The location is a big highlight, it’s super convenient and close to everything, which made getting around really easy. The only downside we found was the underground parking. It’s quite tight and can be a bit challenging to maneuver, especially if you have a larger vehicle. Aside from that, everything else was great and we had an enjoyable stay."

"The location was amazing, however the apartment was not clean when we arrived. There was dust on the linen and we had to wash the linen before we could use it that night. Other people had parked in our allocated parking so we had to park outside of the secure parking. When we advised the reception of how dirty everything was they were not really concerned. We did eventually get a $100 refund however this didn't really seem to be fair considering we booked a penthouse apartment."

"I had to make a change to my itinerary late, because of a health issue. I tried to cancel the booking - this venue refused to accept the cancellation. This was for a Monday - when I am sure they were not at capacity I cannot really judge the Cleanliness or facilities as my change of itinerary meant I didn't step inside the Park Full price was charged I will not stay at this location in future"

"The room is bit old but clean, great location and the pool and spa are nice. The kids’ play room is old and bit messy, unfortunately the reception staff was not on site so when we need to contact the staff over the phone she sounded confused too😂"

Αγοράσαμε επίσης ένα μικρό πακέτο τζάκι με όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για 30 δολάρια, παραδοθεί στο καμπίνα μας. Τέλεια θέση για ειδική περίσταση."

"I’ve stayed twice now and I’ll be back. It’s an awesome resort. Very short walk to beach, surf club and big shopping centre. Food at the surf club is great. Stayed in premium rooms, they are lovely and have everything you need. Pool is heated. Free wifi, secure parking."

"We booked a spa room at an extra cost and then couldn’t use it as it would flood the courtyard. Courtyard was filthy as were dishes and glassware in the unit. Floors were stuck down with sticky tape. Some of the doors in the unit didn’t close. The only positive was the location."
