This is an awful hotel. The rooms are tiny, badly fitted and unclean. We ended up here due to easyJet cancelling our flight which is likely a common occurrence at present; a number of others were in the same situation. Do not accept this hotel! Breakfast- I presume the hotel weren't expecting to be full (due to cancelled flights)- they ran out of food. We noticed our toddler had wet socks and on inspection the toilet was leaking foul smelling water which had leaked into the bedroom and saturated the carpet around the bottom of the wardrobe area. The room was dark and has pebble dash on the walls and ceilings. The view is immediately into flats adjacent to the hotel and it does not feel like a safe neighbourhood. The windows have metal shutters over the outside, which does not help the feeling that the immediate surrounding area is not a nice one. Staff were friendly. Not their fault the hotel needs knocking down!

Si vous cherchez du calme, du repos, que vous ayez besoin de sommeil... FUYEZ !!!!! Cloisons et murs de facade épais tel du papier à cigarette, clientèle et personnel peu scrupuleux des règles de vie en communauté, peu respectueux du bien être des autres... Bruits de valises et de chariots, TV à fond, portes claquées, téléphones qui sonnent à réveiller un mort et ça braille au tph à pas d'heure, le personnel qui raconte sa vie devant les portes de chambres jusqu'à 22h45 parce que je suis sorti sinon cela aurait certainement duré.... Parking juste devant les portes des chambres, je ne vous fait pas de dessin sur le bruit des voitures, portières, moteurs qui tournent pendant des plombes et gens qui parlent fort juste devant votre porte jusque très tard dans la nuit.... A l'acceuil, on vous voit arriver depuis l'extérieur, on préfère vous faire attendre devant la porte de l'acceuil avant de venir s'occuper de vous. Toiles d'araignée (2) bien visibles au plafond dans la chambre, pas de prise électrique proche du lit, robinet de douche qui tourne à moitié dans le vide pas facile de régler la t°, comme on dit ”on ne fait du neuf avec du vieux”. Une serviette de bain et tapis de sortie de douche tachés de rouge ???, heureusement, j'avais ma propre serviette. Les draps étaient propres. Je n'ai pas payé cher (49 euros la nuit sans petit déj) mais je n'en ai même pas eu pour mon argent. C'était ma première, ça sera ma dernière dans cette chaîne d'hôtel, je suis reparti au petit matin avec mes valises.... sous les yeux !!

Very beautiful hotel, near the airport. Rooms are clean, well decorated and the bedroom is very comfortable. The bathroom is also impeccable. The staff is very pleasant and available. Parking available, without reservation possible

I loved the hotel, its location is great, people are very helpful and they also have a shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning! There are restaurants around to be able to order food and also get to book the hotel without problems

It's not very far from Orly Airport. If you arrive late, you can make a living.

Overall, it is a decent and functional place to stay for a stopover in a holiday journey, that I would recommend. If you are sensitive to noise, don’t forget to bring your earplugs. Highlights: - Great location: very close to highway - Functional bedroom and shower - Decent breakfast for the price Not so good: - Bathroom: the shower curtains don’t close properly so the bathroom is easily wet - Noisy: as it’s located next to Paris-Orly airport, you can hear the airplanes passing just above the hotel in order to land

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BE FOOLED INTO LETTING THE HOTEL BOOK YOU A TAXI, BUT IF YOU DO MAKE SURE ITS NOT HASSAN’S FRIEND! The hotel is under 3km from Orly airport and only 2.4km from massy where we spent most of our time. On arrival the taxi was 25 Euro from airport to hotel, then we asked reception to call us a taxi to Massy which cost us again 25 euros but with the twist that the starting price was 15 euro as the driver explained we needed to pay for his travel to the hotel. Our friends who live in Paris were very disappointed and said this is not how it works in Paris so booked a uber for 11-euro return. The next day I complained to reception and asked for a taxi to massy again but I wanted the estimate and after what appeared to be trying to find taxi numbers was told 35 euro this time, so we declined as the uber quote was 11-euro. On our final morning we pre-booked an uber at 15-Euro to take us to the airport, but they cancelled the trip with lack of drivers, so we spoke with hotel employee Hassan who had told my wife the previous day he could arrange driver if needed. We asked Hassan to book the driver and after a few minutes of listening to him telling us how good this driver was, how helpful he was, and asking we mention him if we did a review, then some confusion over the collection, we eventually got collected and taken to the airport. Imagine our shock when we arrive and the driver demands 50-Euro for a 15-Euro trip! Well Hassan my review on you is stop using your contacts the rip off the hotel guests, and I hope the hotel take disciplinary action to stop you being further involved in these distasteful tactics. The hotel management [if it exists] should negotiate with a reputable taxi company to avoid this happening to gests in the future. Being a platinum Accor member, I’ve spent many nights in ibis’ hotels, but trust me I will never stay in this hotel again, and would look at other hotel chain options when returning to France. Maybe it’s my own fault for not understanding how basic a style room/hotel is, but neither the less even the basics failed – reception failed - the management failed – the franchise failed. No welcome drink as part of Being a platinum Accor member, 1 bath towel in the room [booked as a couple], no bottle drinking water in the room and none available, no phone to call reception. How does a hotel run out of basics like bottle drinking water? To get a coffee in the evenings you need to go in the breakfast room, operate the coffee machine then pay reception 2-Euro cash, they don’t even make it for you. We attended the hotel for a wedding and asked for the use of an iron, only to find no iron available and reception didn’t know where it was – not forgetting there are 4 floors on the hotel and you would expect they could organise an iron on each floor. We stayed in this hotel for one night as we had an early train to catch from the train station and wanted to be close. In the morning we got an Uber to the station which took only about 8minutes. The room was clean and had all the basic needs. Close by is a burger king which can come in handy late at night or if you are tired and want to grab something quickly.
