"The room was OK. The elevator had an old British feel. It was very new. But the shower in the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The water pressure was weird and I didn't know how to use it. The toilet was blocked and the sink was blocked. There were very few charging ports."

"Classic hotel. The 80’ 5*. Great view from room 222. Nonetheless the room is outdated. The elevator is ages old. Good for short stay. The location is superb with walking distance to Morrisons and Aldi. Great breakfast and environment."

"The service, reception was very nice. The rook wasn't large however it's alright. Shower room was very nice, the view was : ( Only 1min walk from front door to the Beach Was raining the day was there typical British summer"

"Hotel is in dilapidated state, almost falling apart. Owner said that’s why the room rate is so cheap, which is hardly true. Entrance to the hotel was hard to find and the reception is not manned at all times. One star rating is already overrated."

"Situated right on the front. Very friendly welcome and delightful, helpful staff. Room was clean with a lovely bay window and a decent side view of the sea. Surprisingly quiet. Decent bathroom with new fittings. Good Wi-Fi. Has a traditional sea-side ambience. Booking advisable for supper as the restaurant is very popular. Breakfast was very good value. The hotel properly warns there is no lift. Ample parking nearby."
