The hotel environment is very good, basically a very good hotel in Mostar. The hotel is on the top of a big shopping mall, and it feels very special to have such a modern building in a city full of war traces. The hotel breakfast is very good, it is recommended to stay.

This is a very nice hotel which is has an EXCELLENT location. Just a few steps away from the old town and probably a 2-3 min walk to the famous bridge of Mostar. This hotel doesnt have any amenities like a swimming pool or a gym etc. ( I think it doesnt have a guym) but what scores for it are the fantastic location (in the heart of the old town), very friendly and kind owner and free parking. Advantages: Excellent location, free parking, friendly and kind owners, very clean, Disadvantages: If I must mention, then it is the lack of a pool and other big hotel amenities, but then this is not a big hotel :-) The owner who speaks French kept chatting up with us and also kept asking us if everything was okay. Restaurant team member Almira was also very helpful. Asked us what we would like to have for BF in addition to what was available, and mad espme speical cheicken stuff for us. She also gave our her own umbrellas as it was raining. Overall a gfreat choice if you are planning to stay in Mostar.

This hotel is at a very central location, convenient to get to both the Old Town and train station. The room is very clean and modern, my biggest complaint is that the curtain is not blackout, so for someone sensitive to light like myself struggle to sleep well, this does seem to be quite common in BiH though to use non-blackout curtain. The breakfast at this hotel is decent with a handful of choices, what I enjoyed most is the swimming pool and the sauna in the basement, despite it is a small boutique hotel, so it was never crowded due to the small number of rooms here. PS: This hotel is on the Muslim side of Mostar, so alcohol is banned.

The location is excellent, couldn't ask for anywhere better. The amount of breakfasts is just mind-blowing. The room was spotless, well decorated. All great really. I needed breakfast before 8 (their usual time) as I had a transfer and they provided it at 7.30 :)

This time I brought a group of friends to play freely. It’s really true to me. There was a test and a torment, and I thought about the whole journey to let everyone feel different tastes - regular hotel Hilton, invincible sea view villa, forest log cabin, castle hotel, special hotel... Today's Krista Puglia Restaurant Hotel (Ctrip Four Stars) is uniquely situated in the heart of the town, surrounded by mountains and waters and beautiful surroundings... no matter the day or night... and the last two hotels Waiting for my arrival, hope can also bring us full happiness! Hôtel simple, à l'entrée de la vieille ville de Mostar. Petite structure de moins de 10 chambres. Pas de salle de petit déjeuner, mais vous trouverez facilement de quoi vous restaurer dans la vieille ville de Mostar, dont l'entrée est en face de l'hôtel. L'hôtel Deny dispose de quelques places de parking privées. Les chambres sont de standing simples propres, bien entretenues. La salle de bains est dotée d'une douche et WC. Les chambres sont climatisées et la literie est confortable. En plus de sa situation idéale, le gros atout de cet hôtel sont simplement les gérants Ines et Elvir, deux personnes extraordinaires! Très sympathiques, souriantes, à l'écoute elles feront absolument tout ce qu'il leur est possible pour rendre votre séjour agréable. Merci beaucoup à eux qui ont rendu notre séjour exceptionnel, grâce à leur hospitalité, leurs bons conseils pour les restaurants (et même la réservation du dîner suite à notre arrivée tardive) Je conseille vivement cet hôtel.
