"This hotel is right next to Wengen train station, making it super convenient, and it's also very cozy and charming. When we arrived at 11 PM, the front desk attendant was incredibly patient with us. We later found out the kettle in our room wasn't working, but they responded immediately and fixed it on the spot. The hotel breakfast had a decent variety, and the restaurant itself is genuinely beautiful, haha. We booked dinner there one evening, and it cost us 160 CHF for two. Both the service and the food were impeccable. The waiter even let us, who know nothing about wine, sample a few reds. The view from the window is absolutely stunning, though it does depend a bit on the weather. We had a very enjoyable two-night stay!"

"Not close to the train station or lift station. Requires a pretty good uphill walk. About 15-20 min walk uphill from train station, and about 10-15 min walk from the ski lift/gondola. But once you get there, the location is beautiful. The hotel does offer a shuttle/e-car/bus transport. It's quiet, overlooks the town, views of the mountains, perfect secluded space. Hotel is clean, rooms are beautifully designed, compact but functional. Beds are comfortable, loved the rooms. We had a family room which was perfect for our family of four. The family room consists of two separate rooms across from each other in the hallway. In the hallway, there was a private entrance that brought you into the space where the two rooms were located. We loved this, because it turned our hallway between the two rooms into a foyer. Service was attentive and detailed. Loved the welcome beverage at check-in - nice touch, set the tone for the rest of the stay. Bar was cute and menu was creative. Patio deck restaurant was a perfect place for lunch. Amazing view of town and mountains, outdoor kitchen. Restaurant was great - food and service were wonderful. Breakfast was lovely. We do wish they would have changed up a couple things each day, because it was the same thing every day. Pool/Spa area was amazing. It had everything - sauna, steam room, plunge pool, two lounge pools, hot tub, showers. Caution: remember we are in Europe, some people may enter some of the facilities nude. We are personally not accustom to that, so it was definitely a little alarming for our children to see grown adults around naked. It would not be a bad idea for the hotel to have a policy around nudity or at least warn guests at check-in, on the website, or with signage. Wengen was our favorite place we visited on our tour of Switzerland, will be back, and when we come back it will be at this hotel."

"Location was considerably near train station but required a steep uphill walk towards it, was a challenge with heavy luggages. Quiet neighborhood, with a nice village view from the balcony and fresh air. Breakfast spread was decent. Reception counter was not manned all the time, especially late at night or early mornings. Hairdryer was not available in the room, had to use the common one in the basement sauna changing room."

"The scenery outside the balcony is so beautiful. This is a very historic hotel. It should be a wealthy villa in ancient Europe, so some rooms are beautiful master bedrooms and guest bedrooms, and some are very poor servant rooms, such as single rooms, which are pitifully small and have no scenery. The double room we booked is very beautiful. Because we brought children, we didn't pay attention to choosing 3 beds when booking, so the waiter needed to make a temporary arrangement. The beautiful girl at the front desk was very patient and gave a very favorable price. It felt very good. The disadvantage is that although it is only more than 300 meters away from the station, it is a steep slope. Everyone who comes to the hotel is out of breath and needs to climb mountains to return to the hotel."

"Literally a minute's walk from the station. The hotel building has a lot of character and is worth taking pictures of. There aren't many power outlets in the room, and if you're tall, be careful of the slanted ceilings. The breakfast spread is amazing. Highly recommended!"

"It was a pretty good stay. We stayed for two more days. We will stay here again if we have the chance. I like it very much. It is a hotel on a hillside. The customer service lady of Ctrip was very nice. Due to the location of the hotel, our itinerary might not be able to catch up and we needed to communicate with the hotel to change the date. The customer service lady helped us communicate in the middle of the night. I really loved staying here!"

"Halfway up the mountain, Wengen stands down for 5 minutes and faces the snowy mountains. The sun is very abundant and the scenery is very good! There is a supermarket nearby, and there is a hotel restaurant downstairs. The package price is around 30 Swiss francs. The front desk staff is very good and very enthusiastic. recommend!"

"Traditional Swiss houses are very warm. Although it is far from the train station, the scenery is invincible, and you can see the Jungfrau and the canyon from the balcony.
