Water Reflection Promenade Villa Area
Tucked away in the most scenic stretch of Guilin’s Lijiang River Scenic Area, Water Reflection Promenade Villa Area is a fairy-tale holiday sanctuary hidden amidst mountains and rivers.
Backing onto the exclusive Jinniu Mountain Park and fronting Peaks Hanging the Moon—one of Guilin’s eight time-honored scenic gems—the villa area boasts a 1.2-kilometer private riverbank along the Lijiang River and neighbors the sprawling 100-plus-mu Egret Island Wetland. A masterpiece co-created by a galaxy of top Chinese designers worldwide, it stands as the only pure villa project in China by Liu Taige, the acclaimed "Father of Singapore Urban Planning". Covering approximately 500 mu, the area features merely 71 villas (83 units in total), with an ultra-low plot ratio of 0.45 and a lush greening rate of 61.35%, promising a poetic life immersed in nature’s embrace.
Designed in perfect harmony with nature, the villas adopt eco-friendly high-quality materials. The interiors, masterfully tailored by Kenneth Ko, the "Father of Hong Kong Interior Design", exude an understated, elegant and cozy spatial aesthetic. Every villa comes with a spacious living room and a private garden, while select units even include a private swimming pool for added luxury. The community is packed with fantastic amenities: a 1,200-meter riverside viewing corridor, a golf driving range, a tennis court, and more.
On top of that, the villa area exclusively offers access to the Watermark Gallery·River View Peak Resort Hotel, where you can dive into immersive experiences like Lijiang River rafting and cormorant fishing. It caters to diverse needs including residential vacations, high-end business events, and art-themed family activities. Plus, it’s just 10 kilometers away from downtown Guilin, making it the ultimate pick for family getaways and friends’ gatherings alike
"This homestay is really comfortable. We chose a single-family villa. The room is Chinese-style. The facilities and equipment are also very clean. The most important thing is that the environment in the homestay is really good. If you come in summer, it is estimated that the front desk service is also very good. After booking the homestay, it will be very good. First call and then WeChat group to inform you of some things that are more worth mentioning. The room that entered the check-in has already turned on the air conditioner for us in advance. The whole room is very warm and the fruit orange is very sweet. There is also a breakfast. The rice noodles mixed by the aunt are delicious. In short The experience is really good, there is a chance to stay again next time."
