"First impression upon entering the room was how spotless it was. The carpet had no strange smells, and there were no water stains on the bathroom counter, which was a huge plus. The bedding was on the firmer side, which was perfect for my back. They even offered both soft and firm pillows, showing great attention to detail. The city view was absolutely amazing! The floor-to-ceiling window offered a direct overlook of the city's main thoroughfare. The night view after the lights came on was incredibly beautiful and made for some fantastic photos."

"The front desk service was excellent, and the room was decent and relatively clean. For the price during the Spring Festival, it was indeed very reasonable. However, I really can't help but complain about the breakfast environment. Picture 1 shows the seat we wanted, but because no one was cleaning it, we asked a staff member to have the table cleared. The staff member at the restaurant entrance who swiped our cards told us to sit in picture 2. 😰 I pointed out that the long tables were also not cleaned, and she actually said: ”Aren't there three clean seats?” I was speechless. Did they expect us to eat breakfast in a pile of other people's leftovers? I understand that there might be staff shortages during the Spring Festival, but since the customer raised the issue, they should have responded immediately instead of making decisions for the customer. This is basic courtesy in the service industry. Considering the other services were good, I won't give a bad review. Also, although the hotel is pet-friendly, the bedding hygiene still needs attention. There was a large yellow stain on the comforter, similar to pet urine. "The cleaning lady was quite friendly. The front desk was rather bland. Initially, they said giving them your license plate number would give you free parking for a few days, but later insisted you still had to go to the front desk every time to swipe your card. Even after the room was unlocked, I couldn't swipe in at the door, so I had to message them. The housekeeper I added didn't respond for ages. I had to ask twice, and it took at least ten minutes for them to respond, and sometimes they didn't respond at all. They said they were issuing an invoice and gave me a QR code, saying it was ready and I just had to scan it. When I clicked on it, I found I had to fill it out myself. And it can't be sent to my phone, it has to be sent to my email. There was no welcome fruit, and the first thing they asked was to pay for an upgrade. Sorry, I've always gotten free upgrades and welcome fruit at Atour. At other hotels I've stayed at, the invoice was sent directly to my phone. This small house was renovated from an old house. It took half a year. Every object in the small house was collected by the landlord and his two lovers. You can watch the sunrise and sea of clouds while lying on the bed, and you can see the panoramic view of the terraced fields when you walk to the balcony. RRrrDExcellent facilities, luxurious and clean room with great view of the rice terraces from balcony. Air con was powerful enough to keep room cool in day time and warm and snug at night.
All the staff were generous, kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and varied. Barbecue meat dinner outside in camp chairs was delicious and fun.

The camp looks dreamy at night time with lights on, peaceful with only sound you can hear is water trickling on the rice terraces and frogs in them croaking.
Entrance to Jiuqu Yunhuan rice terrace scenic area is less than 5mins walk. Worth getting up early to see the sun rise as the terraces look the best in the morning as the light simmers off the water (in Spring).
Thanks to the boss who helped us with our luggage and gave a lift to the cable car station on our way down.
Would definitely stay again!

There was a buffet in the hotel so I didn't have to run back and forth. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner all solved! The building was so beautiful that I couldn't help taking pictures. Every place was carefully designed. I look forward to visiting again in June! The cloud butler Yunxiang also gave the kids game coins, and the kids had a lot of fun. Great 👍

GGuest UserWe loved our weekend stay here as a quiet and green nature getaway from Shanghai (3hr train ride). We arrived late in the evening, but the provided taxi service from Qingtian was great (40mins, 80rmb). Our host Nancy was so sweet, spoke great English, made us wonderful coffees and even took us on a little tour of the village and vegetable gardens. The accomodation is in a small village with 500yo houses, where mostly elderly people still live. We went on two nice 2-3hrs hikes, to the waterfalls and temple and towards another village. Food was great too: lovely rice flake porridge and many other things for breakfast, free tea and snacks, and in the evening we got a lovely noodle soup. Our lastminute vegetarian request was easily accomodated. Bed and shower were lovely and a good heater was provided to warm the room. Would definitely recommend, we hope to come back in spring to see the flower fields!
