"Stepping into the hotel, I immediately felt a sense of calm. The minimalist, natural design of the lobby, with its wooden aesthetic and warm lighting, felt incredibly soft and refined. The reading nook and lounge sofas in the common area were cleverly designed. The Atour bedding was soft yet supportive, and lying down instantly melted away my fatigue. The soundproofing was also quite good. The toiletries had a particularly pleasant woody scent, which was very unique.
I especially want to commend Jinwen and Lingli at the front desk! They were all smiles throughout, speaking in gentle and friendly tones. They handled my check-in efficiently and patiently, and even offered to help with my luggage. When I checked out, they gave me a farewell gift. Both the hotel breakfast and late-night snacks were high-quality and varied. From check-in to check-out, every detail made me feel warm and at ease."

The service was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable. This time, I booked the same Mehood Lestie for convenience as I was transferring from a train to a flight the next day. Overall, it was good. Initially, I was given a room that smelled of smoke, but after a quick call, they promptly moved me to another room. The breakfast spread was extensive. To my surprise, I even caught a sunrise from my room the next morning. However, one thing to note is that some room types have steps inside, which made me a bit nervous, fearing I might trip during the night. Luckily, that didn't happen."

The hotel has complimentary laundry service which is very useful and beneficial. There was a bit of confusion on the hotel name. In the trip. Com it is written as Elong Anjoy hotel. But you can't find that name when you Google. It is written as Elong Anhue hotel. But I recognize d because of the same address. Recommend make the altercation."

"Let's start with the positives. The lobby is truly grand, and the price was reasonable. They upgraded my room without any hassle, and they provided purified bottled water (Baisui Mountain brand) with unlimited refills. However, the downsides were so bad that I literally couldn't sleep. In early April in Urumqi, the rooms facing the sun were probably around 30 degrees Celsius (86 Fahrenheit), but the air conditioning couldn't be turned on. Even with a fan provided, it was still unbearably hot, making it impossible to get any sleep."

"Staying at the Luolan Hotel was a fantastic experience! From the 46th floor, the floor-to-ceiling windows offer an incredible cloud-level view of the city lights at night, and on a clear day, you can even see the Tian Shan mountains in the distance. The room facilities are new, the fresh air system is very comfortable, and the bathroom has a great wet/dry separation. The bedding is soft and ensured a good night's sleep. The location is superb, within walking distance to the high-speed rail station and Wanda Plaza. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and the breakfast selection was extensive. It's definitely my top choice for business trips or vacations."

"This stay experience far exceeded expectations, and must give a good review!
[Excellent location] The hotel is right next to Urumqi Station, which is simply too convenient for people who take the high-speed rail. Whether it is catching a car or resting after arrival, it saves a lot of twists and turns.
[Wide view] The window of the room is facing the open area, with excellent lighting and no sense of oppression. Standing in front of the window, the city skyline has a panoramic view. It is very pleasant to watch the traffic during the day and enjoy the night view at night.
[Warm service] From the front desk to the room service staff, the attitude is kind and courteous, and the response speed is very fast, making people feel at home.
The hardware facilities are also very new, the bath towels and bedding are clean and soft, in general, it is a very cost-effective choice near Urumqi Station, will come again next time!"

It is very close to Miao'ergou, Silk Road Ski Resort and Tianshan Grand Canyon. It is a little distance from Xibaiyanggou, Dongbaiyanggou, Chrysanthemum Terrace and Liwande. You can take a walk for dinner in the surrounding villa area, and there are mushroom surprises in the green belt 🤪🤪

XXiaoshiaMy stay at the Torch Building City Intercontinental Hotel in Urumqi was truly fantastic! As soon as I entered the room, I noticed a humidifier was provided, which was such a thoughtful touch given Xinjiang's dry climate. It made for a very comfortable stay.
The breakfast deserves special commendation – it was incredibly varied and delicious; you could taste the care put into every dish. The hotel staff were also very warm and attentive, providing excellent and efficient service that made me feel right at home.
The overall environment is elegant, and the facilities are comprehensive. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this is an excellent choice. I highly recommend it to everyone and will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Urumqi!

NNanxiaopangerThis is my second stay at the Conrad Urumqi, and it has become my top choice every time I visit Xinjiang. The overall experience is simply unmatched, and I have to give a special shout-out to Martin at the front desk! After a long journey, I arrived at the hotel, and Martin was incredibly warm and attentive throughout the entire check-in process. He was efficient and professional, meticulously asking about my preferences and arranging the room according to my needs in advance. He clearly explained all the travel-related details, saving me a lot of hassle.
The hotel's 'cloud lobby' design beautifully blends with Western Regions aesthetics, creating a fantastic atmosphere. The guest room's floor-to-ceiling windows offer expansive views of the entire city. The room itself is clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding and complete amenities. The breakfast spread is rich and diverse, featuring a wide variety of authentic Xinjiang specialty dishes, allowing you to savor local flavors without leaving the hotel.
Overall, the service is professional and thoughtful, and the staff are gentle and courteous. Whether it's travel inquiries or room requests, they respond very promptly. With such a meticulous and attentive front desk staff like Martin, the entire trip was comfortable and worry-free. When I return to Urumqi in the future, I will definitely choose the Conrad again. GGuest UserStayed in Urumqi a couple of times, this is by far the best for value property I've stayed in. Lovely, friendly service, spacious, modern rooms, huge TV, plush interior and comfy bed. Items in the mini bar were free so was the breakfast, tea and supper... definitely a winner in my books. I'm coming back for sure, thanks to the team that made my stay a memorable one.
