The bed was soft and comfortable, and the bedding was clean and tidy, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room's cleanliness was impeccable; from the floor to the table, it was spotless. The toiletries in the bathroom were also of high quality and neatly arranged. The room's facilities were comprehensive and very advanced. The smart speaker was incredibly convenient, and the high-speed, stable Wi-Fi allowed me to work or relax anytime, anywhere. Moreover, the room's soundproofing is excellent; even in a bustling area, you can enjoy tranquility with the windows closed. Located opposite Wanda Plaza, it's also convenient for visiting the night market in the evening. A very satisfying stay, I would definitely come back again!"

"Great location by the Yellow River with views over amazing desert across and mountains on the other side. Spacious rooms with soft beds and a feeling of resort. Good breakfast and buffet dinners with large choice. What was missing is a spa and perhaps a swimming pool, although the expanses of water outside make it all up. Excellent and attentive service. I received a full support from staff, with Mi Jia being particularly helpful , giving me close support during my two-day stay, with finding local attractions as well as transportation (I particularly value it since I do not speak Chinese so we had to rely on apps). Overall I had a relaxing and smooth time in the hotel."

"I can give 4 stars in this hotel overall, and the poor star is mainly the problem of the room window. I live in Room 1905 and the windows are not working well. At first, I couldn't open it. I asked the maintenance worker to see it. He said that the window was sinking. When I switched it, I had to lift it up and pull it open. At 33 degrees that day, the wind was very strong, and he actually asked me, ”Do you have to open the window so windy?” I thought at the time: Is it stuffy if I can't open the window so hot? After he left, I barely opened it, but when I wanted to close it at night, I was very hard and couldn't close it at all. Finally, I could not open the window and change the air conditioner, but I didn't dare to blow it all night, and turned off the air conditioner before going to bed. As a result, the window was closed all night, and the air conditioner was closed, so stuffy. In fact, the customer service attitude is very good, saying that if the window is not repaired, you can change the room for me. But I didn't change it. One was that the maintenance worker did open it at the time. The other was that I didn't want to trouble the waiter to clean up again. The third was that I was afraid that the room was full at night and the other was worse. So forget it. Other aspects are actually not bad. The hotel is easy to find, the room is high, and the living is not depressed; 4 bottles of water a day, summer is just right; very quiet; I forgot to bring the charger, and the front desk also borrowed me.
