"Fantastic location, right at the west entrance of Xijin Ferry Scenic Area. It's super easy to get to by taxi. You've got Chunshunhe right next door, Feiquan is right next to that, and Yong'an is just across the street diagonally. The room facilities are complete, and the mini-bar drinks and snacks are complimentary. The air conditioning works great too. The service was excellent all around; they confirmed my booking in advance and even gave clear directions. The front desk staff also recommended some really good local food. The room itself has a lovely antique charm. However, there's no elevator, which was fine for a second-floor room. The little shop downstairs sells trinkets, but the constant 'clucking' of the chickens was a bit annoying for my travel companion. I'd definitely stay here again next time – highly recommend it!"

"This hotel seems to have recently rebranded to Marriott. When I arrived on April 30th, the old sign was gone, and there was no notice at the entrance nor any staff to inform guests about the change. This made it very unfriendly for first-time visitors.
The hotel facilities are pretty standard. However, during this rebranding period, the hotel was severely understaffed. Only two out of three check-in counters were open, and they were busy assisting departing business guests with tasks like cash payments and invoices. The third counter was completely unattended. I waited over 10 minutes to check in, and no staff member came to help or direct guests. What was truly intolerable was the management oversight due to this understaffing: despite being a non-smoking hotel, guests were smoking on the guestroom floor, and the smell wafted into my room, rendering the non-smoking policy useless. There were 3-4 cigarette butts in the trash can, which wasn't even a fire-safe ash bin and still had a plastic liner inside. What if it caught fire in a 70+ story building? How would anyone escape? Ironically, there was even a fire drill during my stay. Even though it's in a transitional phase, the management, service, and facilities don't meet Marriott's standards. It was a very disappointing stay."

"The hotel is very close to Zhenjiang South Station, and a little far from the center of Zhenjiang. But Zhenjiang is not a big city, and it is not far to get a taxi anywhere. The hotel facilities are relatively new, but the elevator is a bit slow. The room is clean and bright. The room I stayed in has a balcony, and it is very comfortable to open the door to the balcony to bask in the sun. The front desk service is very good. After watching the concert and returning to the hotel at night, the front desk lady thoughtfully prepared snacks and water. A satisfactory stay experience."

The民國 (Republic of China) retro style has a wonderful charm. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The service is warm and attentive, and the butler was very thoughtful. Breakfast was delicious. Plus, free parking and attention to detail everywhere. Staying here makes it so convenient to explore Xijindu and the museum. Great value for money, highly recommend!"

"I chose this hotel because I was heading to Yangzhou the next day and was looking for a five-star hotel near the train station. It's an older hotel, and the lobby is still grand and opulent. The room was decent and met expectations. Overall, I was satisfied, but there are two areas for improvement:
1. The toilet room has no shelves whatsoever, which is very inconvenient for placing a phone or other items.
2. I booked an executive room, which included a light meal, but the selection was quite limited. There were no complimentary drinks or fruit in the room. The breakfast was also quite basic and didn't quite live up to the five-star rating."

"The business bed room experience was great! The room was clean and tidy, the sheets were changed for each guest, and there was no smell. The lighting is particularly good, you can see the street view when you open the curtains, and the view is wide. The facilities are very complete, the high-speed WiFi is not stuck, the air conditioning heating effect is fast, and the bathroom has plenty of hot water. The most intimate is the charging socket of the bedside table. You don't need to find plugs everywhere to play with your mobile phone before going to bed. The soundproofing of the hotel is also good, very quiet at night, and sleeps particularly soundly. The price is super high, I will choose this one next time!"

"One word to describe this hotel: AMAZING. A beautiful, clean and luxurious hotel sitting just across the road from the Yangtze River. The tranquil and serenity enveloped me the moment I stepped out of my ride immediately relaxed every cell in my body. The staff are amazing, they actually made it a point to remember which room I stayed in. Got an upgrade and wow, the room was just amazing.
They had a very wide breakfast spread for us to choose from, from the usual english breakfast to Jiangsu's traditional noodles. Be sure to ask for their baby lobster noodles and big bao, just super yummy. We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant the 1st night and tried the delicacies they had. Puffer fish and what they called 长鱼, were really very yummy too.
I really, really, highly recommend this hotel should you want to visit Zheng Jiang. I'll definitely be back again."

The booked room is on the 49th floor. It is very quiet and has a wide view. The dining near the hotel is very rich. Yong'an Road Snack Street is separated from Suning Building. The boss is very good. From the check-in to the last luggage storage after check-in to the store after check-out, the boss has given very intimate care. Thank you here. "Zhenjiang Yilong Haiya Hotel——Perfect stay experience!
Must give five-star praise! Very satisfied from check-in to check-out! The front desk service is warm and efficient, the room is clean and the bedding is comfortable. The facilities are complete, and the merchant also upgraded the executive king room for free, which is great. The geographical location is superior, close to Xijindu and Jinshan Temple attractions, a one-kilometer walk to Beigushan and Jiaoshan. You can take a taxi or ride a shared bike, and travel is super convenient. The breakfast was good and there was free tea and coffee in the lobby. It is highly recommended whether for business or travel, and I will choose here next time."

RRainie_MaAfter quite a thorough search for a B&B, I was absolutely delighted! The location is fantastic, just a three-minute walk from Xijin Ferry North Gate, and you'll pass several charming coffee shops and teahouses along the way.
The small courtyard of the Xiaoshanlou Suite was a huge hit with the kids. It's also perfect for playing cards if the weather is pleasant. The room itself features one double bed and two single beds, comfortably accommodating four people. Despite the building being a century old, the renovations are excellent, and the soundproofing is surprisingly good. They even provide an electric mosquito repellent in the room, so we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes. What was even more delightful was the shower – the water pressure and temperature were excellent, far exceeding our expectations.
In the evenings, the B&B also operates as a cozy, quiet bar. I particularly loved the subtle fragrance they used, and it wasn't noisy at all, which was great. Furthermore, it's incredibly convenient, being just a one-minute walk from both Yong'an Yuzhuang restaurant and Feiquan Zaocha for breakfast!
The landlady was incredibly warm and helpful. My child accidentally left their watch behind, and she immediately contacted me to arrange for it to be express-shipped back.
I absolutely loved my stay and have already recommended it to my colleagues! 😃😃😃

The front desk was efficient and the attitude was kind, which made people relax. The room is spacious and clean, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the humidity and temperature are just controlled, and it is very safe to live. The sanitary details are very well done, the corners are very clean, and people feel very relieved. The hotel's environment is quiet, there is no noise at all at night, and the sleep is particularly reliable. The breakfast is rich in variety, the ingredients are fresh, the taste is very satisfactory, and the overall quality is stable online. XXiaowuchenhuiAwesome trip, Treasure B&B. I went to the store to help me upgrade the room for free, which was completely in my aesthetics. The marble decoration is full of texture, like living in a chaebol home. A small ornament in the room is very stylish. Lying on the bed, you can see the sunset of the lake view, the bathtub is oversized, and there is a cloakroom. The bedding is so comfortable that I almost can't get up the next day. What surprised me the most was that the homestay had its own farm, vegetables and fruits picking, fishing and chicken fishing. The ingredients were fresh and the table was super delicious. There are lambs and horses on the mountain, cute to foul, especially suitable for bringing children to play. The surrounding area is also very convenient. Maoshan 5A level scenic area is very close, there are golf courses and Luya bases, two days are not enough to play! Must come next time!

GGuest UserTo be frank, I booked this hotel based on reviews saying the environment was good. It actually feels like a training base for a public institution or a university campus without students. The facilities are very old. There is a smell of old facilities when entering the room. The sound insulation is relatively poor. The breakfast is clean and hygienic, but the problem is that it is inconvenient to check out. You have to go to the third floor to check out separately. If you want to store your luggage, you can put your backpack on a table in the lobby. They said that someone is watching at the front desk at all times. It doesn't feel very formal. For 400 yuan a night, you can stay in Atour Hotel better than this experience. It feels more suitable for retired cadres or elderly people to stay here.

AAnonymous UserI booked this hotel specifically for the 2-meter bed, and while I didn't pay attention to the room size, it turned out to be incredibly spacious!
The windows can be opened and have screens. There were two sofas, a desk, and a chair, which was really comfortable! The location is at one of the entrances to the old street (closer to Beigu Mountain, further from Jinshan Temple).
However: The exterior of the building looks a bit rundown (though Xijindu in general might have this aesthetic). The front desk area (decor-wise) felt more like a guesthouse, and I felt a bit disheartened during check-in (especially since I had initially planned to stay at Holiday Inn, and the weekday price difference wasn't significant). The sitting area is by the window, while the bed is in the middle of the room. The two areas aren't light-separated, so if someone needs darkness to sleep, the other person would have to stay in the bathroom if they're still awake. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one answered!
But then again: Once the call connected, they were very quick to deliver items. They even offer late-night snacks at 9 PM (either Guogai Noodles or Tremella soup). A small bowl of Tremella soup, wrapped in cling film, was delivered and tasted quite good.
Perhaps because there are many buildings, the room was pre-stocked with many chargeable items: drinks, coffee, disposable towels, underwear, and even small boxes (placed to the left of the sink). For families with children, I'd suggest putting these away beforehand.

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the good aspects first: 1. The environment is good, it is close to the mountains. When we went there, it had just passed after a heavy rain, and the mist lingering in the mountains was very beautiful. 2. The hotel hardware is good, the room decoration and layout, and the accommodation comfort are quite good.
Things that I think are bad: 1. Maybe this hotel is mainly for business reception, so there are many people coming for meetings. The hotel may be ”too busy” for people like me who are purely tourist accommodations. Friends who travel by car may get some discounts on the price/performance ratio. (Except Sheniu, mainly because I don’t like noisy people around the accommodation)
2. Eating is the biggest problem for me. The hotel reminder sheet clearly stated that 3 restaurants are open until after 8 pm, and desserts are even after 10 pm. However, when I called the hotel front desk at 7:40, I was told that the restaurant closed at 8 pm. When I rushed down to find something to eat, I found that the restaurant was dark and it had obviously closed early, which was disappointing. (The hotel provides meal delivery service and charges 15% of the order fee)
For a 5-star hotel, the hardware is okay, but the software is really unsatisfactory.
I hope this review can provide a reference for friends who want to travel and stay.
