"This might be one of the highest-located hotels in Göreme, with convenient parking right outside. The hotel boasts a large rooftop terrace, perfect for watching the spectacular hot air balloon ascent at 5 AM. I booked a triple room on the top floor, which was spacious, and the bathroom in particular was huge. The breakfast selection was quite varied; it was perfect to catch up on some sleep after the early morning hot air balloon ride, then leisurely head down for a brunch around 10 AM. Due to travel fatigue and the climate, my wife developed a sudden cold sore. The staff recommended getting ointment from Emin Eczanesi in Downtown, which greatly alleviated the symptoms."

"The hotel is in a good location, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive. Breakfast is good, but the only downside is the rooms are extremely noisy. The deluxe room isn't exactly the same as the photo on the website. My only problem during my stay was that renovations were being carried out in another room at 8:30 a.m., causing me to wake up. When I called the front desk to explain the noise, they replied, ”Okay, sir.” The fact that they're still working on the renovations demonstrates the hotel's commitment to its guests, and that such renovations should be carried out within specific hours and according to a schedule that doesn't disturb guests."

"Hands down, a five-star review! The biggest surprise of this trip was meeting such a thoughtful owner. Seriously, the best hotel owner in the world!!! We arrived in Cappadocia at 5 AM, and the temperature difference was significant. The owner, worried we'd be cold, let us check in a full 8 hours early. That was incredibly heartwarming and considerate!!! The owner was warm and polite, making conversations comfortable and easy. Any questions we had were answered meticulously. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment was quiet and comfortable, and all the amenities were well-stocked. From reception to check-in, the entire experience was fantastic, and the attention to detail truly won us over. Excellent value for money, absolutely smashed it!"

On my departure morning, Cappadocia was hit by a sudden heavy snowfall, and all morning flights from NAV to IST were cancelled. To make sure I could catch my flight back home, I had to urgently rebook to Kayseri Airport. Another staff member immediately called his brother, who got up early and came to hotel then drove the taxi parked by hotel last night through the snow to get me there. Thank you all so much! I’m not saying the place is flawless—some facilities are a bit dated—but this level of guest service is vital for travelers. It exceeded my expectations and is a rare find. It truly justified our choice and deserves high praise and encouragement! 👍👍"

"I had to sit in the lobby for 3 hours as the hotel would not give me early check-in. They said it was fully booked but I hardly saw many guests in the lobby and at breakfast. I got a crappy room which was rather hot and the window could not close properly. There are cats prowling around the hotel. One guest complained that a stray cat got into the restaurant and jumped on her table. She got scratched and had to get 4 doses of rabies injections.Tge breakfast was also average. I ordered an eggplant soup on my first night and it was cold and not tasty. The bread came with no butter and was cold."

"The stay was fantastic!!! At first, the hotel seemed a bit old, and to be honest, I was a little scared traveling alone as a girl. A fellow Chinese traveler I met during my trip came to the hotel to discuss the day's itinerary (we're all strangers). The receptionist (Mustafa) saw she was a stranger and didn't let her in. I felt incredibly safe! 👏🏻 On my last evening in Cappadocia, I went up to the terrace to enjoy the view. Mustafa invited me into the restaurant, saying it was too cold outside, and even prepared dinner and juice for me. He even washed the dishes for me afterwards. 😂 I felt the warmth and kindness of the Turkish people."

"The highlights are definitely the amenities and the location. Everything you need is nearby, restaurants, grocery stores, ATMs, and even a bus terminal, making it very convenient for travelers. The breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options. However, as someone who prefers having rice with every meal, I found the selection a bit limited in that aspect. There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The toilet flush in my room seemed to be faulty as it kept running continuously. Also, one night I suspect that someone may have entered my room since I accidentally left the door unlocked, and I noticed a valuable item was missing. I reported this to the receptionist and requested a CCTV check, but as of writing this review, I haven’t received any update. Despite these issues, my overall experience was still positive. The staff were generally accommodating, and the location really makes a big difference. For future guests, I’d recommend always double-checking that your door is locked for added security."

"This was a wonderful hotel! The room was clean, and the bathroom facilities were spotless. It was so lovely to be comforted by the cats and dogs at the hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind, even helping me book my overnight bus. They kindly held my luggage after check-out and even let me use the terrace and reception area, which made my trip incredibly fulfilling. I would love to stay here again!"

"I stayed for two nights on a family trip. In a room with a wide 々, I still had room for four people to stay and spread two suitcases. The location was good because it was a short walk on a slope overlooking the center of Goreme. I asked the hotel for a pick-up service from the airport. It was cash payment for 10 euros per person. I think the amenities had a small shampoo rinse body shampoo, but I didn't know the bottle character was disappearing, so I used what I brought. There was no toothbrush, slippers, refrigerator, or PET bottle water. Breakfast is from 9 o'clock, so I was able to come back from the balloon experience and eat it. Buffet style of bread, cheese and vegetables, and drinks were chai. The bread was crispy on the outside and delicious on the inside. I wanted to stay at the cave hotel, so I had a good experience."
