"The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, but it has a fast and convenient access to the old city - about 25 minutes walk or 15 minutes by bike. Bicycles can be taken completely free of charge at the hotel itself. The room was just wonderful! Clean, comfortable and beautiful. Specially liked the sliding window. The administrator was polite and responsive, gave his recommendations for the city's best restaurants. I definitely recommend for travelers who prefer quiet and relaxed rest away from the tourist vacation"

"This is a family hotel with a good location, behind a commercial street in the center of the city. There are many small restaurants nearby, as well as a farmer's market and a small supermarket. It is only 2 kilometers away from the Imperial City on foot and 1.6 kilometers away from Hue Railway Station. Stayed for three nights. The room facilities are relatively old and the key does not open the door, but the stay was okay. The room is not small and the balcony is the highlight. There is an elevator and it is clean. The disadvantage is that there is no electric kettle and no bottled water is provided. If you want to make tea in your room, you can ask for a hot water bottle from the front desk. You can also drink tea in the lobby downstairs. I don't know if there is a charge. Hue is a small city, so a hotel like this is pretty good."

"The hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment. The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities). The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink! The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally). During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know! The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked. On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”. We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave. The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive. When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!"
