I am extremely dissatisfied with the hotel services provided during my stay. I had booked a family suite for a two-night stay, but unfortunately, there was a continuous Wi-Fi issue in my unit throughout the duration of my stay. This forced me to rely on my expensive mobile data while roaming. Despite informing the hotel staff about the Wi-Fi problem, there was no follow-up or resolution. Until I insist to request a staff to come to my suit and check , they confirmed the Wi-Fi failure but couldn't provide a solution due to the unavailability of a technician at that time.
As you can see in the attached photo, my children had to position themselves near the door to connect to the Wi-Fi in order to use their phones. This is highly inconvenient and not the level of service I expected.
Frustrated with the situation, I decided to write an email to the hotel manager to express my dissatisfaction and lodge a complaint. However, I received no response for three days. As a result, I escalated the matter through trip.com. Surprisingly, the hotel's response was that their Wi-Fi had no issues. This is unacceptable because I specifically asked their staff to verify the problem, and just because other areas of the hotel have Wi-Fi coverage does not mean that my suite did as well. This clearly indicates poor customer service on the part of the hotel.
Additionally, the walls had poor soundproofing, allowing us to hear conversations from neighboring rooms and footsteps from above. This level of service is unacceptable, especially considering that Wi-Fi is a fundamental service for any hotel.
