"A Horrendous Experience at Grand Mercure Mysore Our stay at Grand Mercure Mysore was a complete letdown from start to finish. The issues began at check-in with major communication gaps and incompetent room allocation. Despite booking 2 rooms with elderly and kids, we were offered rooms on separate floors, forcing us to wait hours while the staff fumbled for a solution. Luggage handling was equally chaotic—our bags remained unattended, and we had to retrieve our car keys ourselves just to get them delivered. The management showed no willingness to help, refused to process a refund for a downgraded room, and remained dismissive throughout. Service at breakfast was shockingly poor—a 20-minute wait for an omelette speaks volumes about their carelessness and inefficiency. This was a stay marred by inexperienced staff, disorganized processes, and management’s refusal to take accountability. For a hotel of this stature, such a lack of professionalism is unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting even basic hospitality."

"Fairly decent sized rooms with above average cleanliness in the heart of the city on a busy street . The traffic on the street does not compromise your sleep quality . There is an attached restaurant- we had only breakfast which was OK with standard vegetarian South Indian fare. The property is a short drive away from Mysuru attractions"

Τα δωμάτια είναι ευρύχωρα, κομψά και έχουν όλες τις βασικές εγκαταστάσεις, συμπεριλαμβανομένων των ηλεκτρικών δοχείων, για να παράγουν ζεστό νερό, καφέ, τσάι και γάλα σε σκόνη. "I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located close to Nexus Mall, making shopping and dining options easily accessible. The hotel also offers a covered basement parking facility that can accommodate 20+ cars, which is great for those traveling by car. The staff here were incredibly friendly and courteous, always ready to assist with a smile. The in-house restaurant is vegetarian but provides a decent range of options for dining. While the complimentary breakfast was satisfactory, it would have been better with a few additional varieties, especially eggs. The usual offerings were idli, onion sambar, vada, pongal/dosa/poha/rava, chutney, kesari, ***** with tea and coffee. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with 24-hour hot water availability, which is a nice touch. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep, and the view from the room was quite pleasant. The presence of a mini-fridge and a kettle in the room added to the convenience. Overall, I found this hotel to be a good choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay, with room for improvement in the breakfast variety."
