Nice room to stay in a narrow alley. But finding food in the city is very convenient. The delicious breakfast complained secretly about the water heater. This allows the hot water machine to be used when showering without the cold water mixing low setting, and the water is still hot. You must turn off the machine and take a cold shower. I want to improve at this point

The hotel is ultra-centrally located directly on top attractions such as Wat Phumin and on shopping facilities such as Walking Street. There are also many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel was created only in 2017, with a beautiful and unusual architecture and interior. It is a kind of industrial design, but very warm and charming, with wood, metal, white-blue vintage cakes and historic backstones from a tobacco factory that was previously on the site. All is lovely decorated. There are only 11 rooms. I have seen rooms of several price categories, they differ essentially only in size, not in comfort. The staff is very nice, some could be a little more vigilant and slim. The owner, an former parliamentary deputy, is sometimes in use himself. The breakfast room is very unusual but beautifully furnished. There is always a 'distillery' for all yoghurt, croissant, butter, marmelade, coffee (is very good) or tea, water or juice, fruit and nuts served at the table, for which you can choose from a list of about 15 options in the evening (e.g. eggs with spice or Thai herbal melet on rice with salad). All is freshly prepared between 7 and 11 p.m. In fact, you have to eat nothing after the evening. Baths top, parking available. First choice in Nan!

Decent sized rooms with good WiFi and good air conditioning. A good night's sleep. A well organised hotel but we would have liked to see tea/coffee facilities in the room. Breakfast just about adequate - e.g. no milk for tea or coffee but powdered milk substitute and cold fried eggs. Good downtown location opposite a market and less than ten minutes walk to the centre of town attractions. Off street, supervised parking useful.

I recommend the nearby Nanjing big-name stalls (you can order takeaways), and the beef pot stickers in Beiqiwan. You can also drink Ruixing coffee downstairs. A good trip is inseparable from the quality of your hotel accommodation. This time we came to Nanjing and chose Gun Nandu, which was recommended by a friend. Geographical location: First of all, the geographical environment is amazing. It is right between Xinjiekou and Confucius Temple. The advantage of both is that it is very convenient to travel and eat. Travel: There is a bus stop at the door, and it is not far from the high-speed rail station. (If you take a taxi, be careful to cross the road to get on the bus. The taxi drivers in Nanjing are very old-fashioned. Even if they saw us having a baby on a rainy day today, they would not be willing to turn around and pick them up not far away, so we had to compromise.) Eating: As soon as you leave the hotel, you will see the famous Sichuan Hotel, which is part of the same group as Gunandu. I have to say that it is very cost-effective and highly recommended! Service: The front desk service is really amazing! Not only did they upgrade us to a zero-pressure room, they also loved the baby and gave them small gifts, especially Xiao Zhou and Xiao Zhang. They really treated us like family, and the details were very heartwarming. Facilities: Smart toilet, bedding is very comfortable, especially after a day of running around, and hot water is sufficient. Although it faces the street, it will not affect your sleep at night. This Hanfu Hotel is in a very good location and the transportation is very convenient. Although it is an old hotel, the facilities are constantly improved and maintained. It is a hotel with cultural and historical heritage. It is still at home. The front desk smiles to the guests. Liu Jie at the front desk must give praise and work. The grumpy guy that works evenings/nights has issues & zero English, but my Thai's good enough. The Thai gentleman before me received a much brighter attitude & got a room on the 2nd floor. I was put on the 4rth floor (no lift) when rooms were open on all floors (confirmed from the gal in the morning). Toilet didn't work, water pressure too weak, AC was noisy & inconsistent = small bits of sleep. 1st stay 2 weeks prior was bad (3rd floor), but thought that ornery guy was just having a bad day, however.... Check-in during the day, that gal is super nice & you'll get a decent room on a lower floor. Personally, I will avoid this hotel now.

This hotel is built on solid timber, and the exterior and interiors are thoughtfully designed and a feast for the eyes. The bed is comfortable and we were given a quiet corner away from the traffic noise. Breakfast is a good spread of both Western and local food. A wet market is located just opposite the hotel and giving us a fruitful time exploring the venue. Fortunately, our rented car decided to go on strike the next day (at the hotel car park) and refused to start. A quick diagnosis by the technical savvy staff was made and discovered that the car battery water needed to be topped up. The hotel manager's decisive instructions to her staff saved the day. With the car back in operation, she then became our 'tour encyclopedia' of Nan Waiang, patiently answering our numerous queries on where to visit, where to eat, laundry services, spa, etc. We were impressed with her dedicated service and appreciated and commended on her abundant mentality to help her guests. Without hesitation, we highly recommend this hotel, for its 'homely' atmosphere, easy access to places of interest and above all, the hospitality showed by the staff here to extend help when needed the most.

Unthinkable to leave this warm and welcoming hostel without a comment! The atmosphere in Paknap (means take a rest) hostel is very positive, the owner/manager makes the necessary for you to feel at home. There is a kitchen at the ground floor where coffee, tea, cakes are made available for free at any time by the good self of the owner. On the second floor there is an access to a terrasse where you can chill and meet other guests. It is an humble, warm and clean hostel that would suit best if you travel alone or with friends. Especially, because you will find a kind owner who will give you good advices. He created a tour map with the place to visit around Nan, a nice loop of 215km to do with a motorbike. I recommend 100% I will visit again!
