Primus Hotel Nanchang International Expo City

Very good location. Rooms are not new but clean and cozy. Breakfast is standard. Park near hotel helps to rest after long trip

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Primus is really one of my favorite hotels. The hotel is located in a very calm place away from all the city noise. The food is tasty and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend this hotel 100%

Wonderful customer service that goes above and beyond expectations. The breakfast was high quality and tasty. The only disappoin**ent was that the swimming pool water was dirty. The gym was well equipped and the hotel rooms are spacious and clean.

Such a serene environment with comfort at it best. I can’t wait to go back there again.

很高興來到南昌這邊旅行住了兩晚，體驗感都很好。入住前台小張也幫忙房間免費升級了房型，安排的樓層視野高，20樓以上，而且感覺房間的面積不常的大，睡覺也非常的寬敞，服務好。幫忙我們申請了延遲退房，非常的感謝，很開心在這邊，服務真的很貼心。而且酒店的房間各種牙刷，牙膏，洗臉巾，浴巾，咖啡包，茶包，咖啡杯，飲用水都配備的齊全，泡茶也很好喝。電視，沙發，床品都是乾淨整潔衞生的，阿姨們鋪床打掃衞生也一絲不苟，很乾凈。用了早餐是在一樓自助的，非常的美味，可口有各種各樣的一個品種，整體來説還是很不錯的。酒店前台還介紹了一些酒店的免費的設施項目，坐電梯上下樓也非常的快速，整體大堂的休息區域，沙發設定的都很滿意，還有大堂吧。免費寄存行李，送物品也很及時。性價比挺高的，五星好評推薦，下回也來。
