A beautiful hotel with kind people employed! Animation Team, leading by David is absolutely fantastic. Is the perfect place to go with your children's and don't worry for them. Good food and good services. We definitely coming back! Thanks for all Hotel Sol luna!

Wow, friendliest place I've ever been , I don't want to go home. The rooms are spotless and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. The entertainment crew are continually working to keep everybody happy, the food is beyond what you could imagine and so much of it. Worried about language differences the staff speak more languages than you expected try them. There are shops here , cultural heritage tours and jeep safaris ( ask for cumin). Truly a wonder waiting to be discovered, I should be keeping it under my hat or it will be too popular. I will definately be coming back with my friends next year and if they wont come on my own again as i wont miss this gem

Just got back after a fabulous holiday. Hotel is amazing, staff are friendly and professional. Level of customer service from all the Team is exceptional without being overbearing. Hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious. Food lovely. Beach and pool towels supplied. Would definitely recommend.

Just back from a lovely break at Sol Luna Bay. Staff were fantastic, the household, maintenance, bar staff and reception team were all friendly & professional. Special thanks to Milena, Ivet, Alex & Gina who all went 'over & above' to make our stay great. Be mindful that early May is considered 'out of season' so the hotel is quiet & not all facilities will be open. Would definitely go back, but will go 'in season' next time.

The hotel was amazing, it was clean, the food was way better than we expected, and i could not describe how nice the animation team was. I had a room with sea view and in the morning you could feel the breeze, absolutely incredible.Also, i loved that they had fun activities to keep you entertained.

I visited Sol Luna Bay for Eastern weekend with my family . We are with three children 5,10 and 12 years old . My twelve years old boy is autistic and I was a little bit worried how he will be accepted. 5 stars for children animation team , special thanks to Nadya , Simo and Aylya. Food was tasty and plenty as variety. Cleaning of the room depends of the lady its not great but does the job.I recommend that hotel for family with children because even if it’s not a good weather is a huge hotel with plenty of space. Overall a hotel with good management which is worthed to visit

The hotel was a lovely place to stay very quiet rooms cleaned every day food ok and animation crew very friendly especially bobby and fun we spent 2 weeks there from 8th Sept Beach right there sea lovely and warm activities all fun Negatives going this time of year some of restaurants closed pool bar shut early and jazz bar and beach party finished which I thought was a bit unfair as did not get full experience we were at end of season but felt like they wanted rid of us and didn't give all the hotel could offer even though we had paid our money The sun beds kept getting less and less half the restaurant was closed so less choice of food and water park closed very disappointing think the hotel would run everything till end of season We were booked for somewhere else but had to change due to a flood in our original hotel at last minute Overall good hols but could of been better if they had not shut things down My opinion is keep going to your season finishes management give everything you offer not say we end of season close bits

I WANT TO SAY A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT SOL LUNA BAY RESORT. Everything was amazing. The hotel is very clean, nice and makes you feel like you are in a fairy tale. The food is impeccable. A variety of tastes and preferences. The staff is friendly and responsive. We are extremely satisfied with absolutely everything and have no complaints! I highly recommend it and will be back again!

ANT INFESTATION - bitten to f*ck Exposed wires- sheets resting on wires. Total fire hazard. We’ve had to cut our holiday short; I’ve had to pay to get a flight for us both tomorrow. The holiday started off great. As time has gone on it’s got worse. Unable to do excursions in the booklet, as they are not offered from this hotel but are in the brochure? The prices changed then what’s on the price-list from the rep, who later advised it was not up to date? We’ve been confined to our room practically especially when the cleaners are about as we’ve heard from guests that things have been stolen from their room. So we’ve not been having our room cleaned and can’t leave till we tell the cleaners, that we would not like our room to be cleaned. Then we can leave. The accommodation and amenities were substandard. The shower leaks heavily and seeps out into the foyer of the room. Having to clean it up after using the shower. Tried having showers in a number of ways. Even backs against the wall. A massive slip hazard (both nearly fell on multiple occasions). There are birds nests on the balcony with bird mess. The chicks are constantly chirping and birds coasting around the balcony, to get to the nests. Aircon not getting to temperature. The behaviour of the guests sipping soup off the ladle before putting it back in the vat (my child noticed it, which now I couldn’t get him in there even if I tried) Flies in ice cubes and around food. Food very much the same for lunch and dinner. No kids choices, so my son is hungry. Had to take him to the local town to eat. No hotel entertainment, having asked staff they just point us to the lobby bar. It’s been so boring. I’ve been here since Friday it’s now Monday. It’s cost me a fair bit to be here but now we’re leaving early. I would like a partial refund, hopefully including the money back for the flights I’ve had to pay for to get home. I’m absolutely distraught to be honest. I’ve attached pictures for reference. Please note I had to mop up the water as it was a slipping hazard for my son. But you can see some water that has seeped into the foyer of the room.
