"Very friendly hotel for families with children. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The ladies who clean are always smiling. In the bars very nice young people serve the guests very quickly. The food was not always to my liking but the empty trays are immediately filled with fresh dishes. The children loved the large selection of ice cream. A small minus there is no way to make your own coffee because the coffee served in the canteen and bars is not strong enough. Staff at the reception and security men very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located a bit far from the center but buses they run quite often. The beach is about 10 minutes walk so it's not bad. The general opinion about the hotel is positive and I would definitely go back there. I greet the staff."

"Very good hotel. Rooms spotless and large. We were in family suites. Great location of a variety of small beaches and only 15 mins by bus no 409 to Varna and only 2 Lev (£1) which I would recommend to go to. Lidl around the corner of hotel which was very convenient for basics. Pool very good clean and quiet. Sunbeds never a problem. 5 min walk to beach, restaurants etc. If you are looking for kids entertainment then it's not that kind of holiday. We have 2 teenage daughters who loved both the hotel and the area. Would definitely recommend both hotel and location 9/10. If I was being highly critical then I would recommend more variety of food at breakfast although the quality was good."

"Great hotel in nice location. Staff friendly and helpful from the outset. We were lucky enough to be given a room on the 9th floor so had fabulous views across Sunny Beach. We stayed in a junior suite which was amazing and huge, you get your steps in walking from one end to the other 😂 Everything was always clean and house keeping did a very good job every day. The buffet always had plenty of options and good quality food. Drinks were good enough. The animation team work extremely hard to keep everyone entertained throughout the day, they are fun and friendly. The swimming pool is just incredible. Perfect for swimming in. No issues personally with the water temperature. One day I did get a bit cold but just warmed up in the sauna afterwards. The hotel can’t help the weather! Lovely sauna and steam room which is free to use. My husband and I both had a lovely massage for reasonable prices. Having heard that smoking was a big issue at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised to see non smoking areas outside at breakfast and dinner. Maybe this is a new addition so well done to the hotel for introducing this. The gym was adequate and had air con. Yes the lifts could be a pain at times having to wait, but it was more comical than a negative on the hotel. The biggest negative for us was the bed and the pillows. They were both terribly soft and uncomfortable. My sleep really suffered. But if you love a soft bed you will be fine. The cleaners always closed the toilets in the lobby for cleaning at breakfast time which I found a bit strange and inconvenient. Happily the disabled one was always available or I imagine the outside toilets would be open. Something to bear in mind if you have certain needs. The nighttime entertainment started too late for us at 9.30pm so can’t really comment on that. The use of plastic water bottles in this hotel hurts my soul as I don’t believe any gets recycled, and we are big water drinkers so went through a huge amount. But that is a Bulgaria issue rather than the hotel. However would it really be that difficult to install a water refill station for people to refill their own bottles? We wouldn’t return to this hotel due to the unpredictable weather in Bulgaria even in July, but wouldn’t hesitate to stay at other Secrets hotels in the world."

"Πραγματικά περίμενα την επίσκεψή μου... Ήξερα ότι έκλεισε το τέλος του Σεπτεμβρίου... Ήρθαμε αργά και μας χαιρετούσε ένας φρουρός ασφαλείας... ο οποίος ήταν καλός... και στην υποδοχή ήταν ο νικητής... ένας αξιαγάπητος νεαρός... πολύ χρήσιμος. Καθώς ήταν αργά, λάβαμε ένα καφέ χαρτοφύλλο ή φαγητό, ψωμί, βούτυρο, μήλο, κέικ, κροσέ και μπουκάλι νερό... ήταν βασικό αλλά αρκετά, το δωμάτιο ήταν ίσο με το ταξιδιωτικό σαλόνι, Ήμασταν στον 3ο όροφο, βλέποντας την περιοχή των αποβλήτων μπροστά από το ξενοδοχείο και είχαμε ένα πολύ μικρό μπαλκόνι που είχε γεμάτο 2 άτομα πάνω του, όχι ότι μπορούσαμε να καθίσουμε έξω, ο καιρός ήταν πολύ σύννεφος και άνεμος. Ναι και ο καφές και το νερό ήταν διαθέσιμα μέσω του υδροδιαθέτη και της μηχανής για τα ζεστά ποτά σε κάθε διάδρομο, δεν ήταν πολύ ευχάριστο για τους ανθρώπους στο δωμάτιο που ήταν απέναντι, καθώς ήταν πολύ θορυβώδης, το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και ο καθαριστής μας ήταν αξιαγάπητος, Η περιοχή της φούγης και οι δημόσιες περιοχές ήταν πραγματικά καθαρές, το φαγητό ήταν πλούσιο και τα κέικ ήταν καταπληκτικά μαζί με το καρύδι, όλα τα ποτά ήταν δικά μου, για να είμαι ειλικρινής, βαρέθηκα να βλέπω φαγητό μέχρι το τέλος της εβδομάδας. Χρησιμοποιήσαμε την εσωτερική πισίνα που ήταν υπέροχη, είχαμε κλείσει μέχρι την 1η Οκτωβρίου αλλά το ξενοδοχείο έκλεισε στις 30 Σεπτεμβρίου Έτσι, οι υπάλληλοι μας εξέπληξαν ότι ήμασταν ακόμα εκεί, αλλά μας φρόντισαν να έμειναν 12 άνθρωποι μέχρι αργά. Ήμασταν εκεί καθώς το πάρτι του προσωπικού άρχισε να τους βλέπουμε να έρχονται με τα ρούχα τους και νομίζω ότι είναι υπέροχο για την εταιρεία να τους κάνει να είναι ειλικρινείς. Ήθελα να μείνω και να χορέψω μαζί τους τη νύχτα. Θα γυρίσω; Όχι, αυτό είναι μόνο επειδή δεν είναι για μένα, αν είχα παιδιά θα ένιωθα διαφορετικά τα σλάιντς του νερού φαινόταν απίστευτα, Μην πηγαίνετε αργά το Σεπτέμβριο"

"Pros......Clean foyer & smelt lovely, rooms basic but comfortable, 2 pools, plenty of sunbeds, close to shops & bars & 5 min walk to the fantastic beach & there is a supermarket across the street Cons......Food wasn't great, cold food, didn't cater for the english, no evening entertainment, played music during the day that I found not suitable for young kids as some lyrics where quiet rude, snack bar at the smaller pool permanently closed as was the mini market & spa, no tea, coffee or refreshment facilities after 11pm as restaurant doors were locked, bedding changed once (but I think it was because I gave the cleaning lady a tip as our friends in the next room wasn't changed in 7 days) had to ask for clean towels A friend stayed 2 years ago & said it was amazing this is why we chose this hotel but I would not return again"

Τα δωμάτια είναι πολύ βασικά και δεν έχουν κατάλληλο φωτισμό και ηλεκτρικές συνδέσεις, ειδικά με τα νυχτερινά τραπέζια.  Οι ηλιακές σαλόνιες είναι πολύ άβολες και οι ομπρέλες είναι μικρές, έτσι δεν σε προστατεύουν από τον ήλιο.  Η διαμονή μας ήταν ευχάριστη γενικά, κυρίως χάρη στο προσωπικό και την εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου."

"The first time in Bulgaria, and the last it was ok. The hotel was clean and the staff were reasonably friendly, in a good location and far enough from Sunny beach. Our biggest gripe was the food a limited variety of which consisted of pork or chicken 90% of the time which always appeared to be lukewarm, fries and pizza were the only items that were hot if they had just been put out. I don’t think that it is indicative of this hotel or location, pork appears to be the the first choice in Eastern Europe but if you expect 4* star food you will be sadly disappointed, Western European countries cater much better to our tastes and quality. We went for 10 days mid May if you like a warm pool I would recommend you go in the peak season as it was freezing cold even though the average day time temperature was about 24 Celsius."

"Ωραίο διαμέρισμα, αλλά λίγο μικρό. Ο καθαρότερος έρχεται σε κάθε 2-3 ημέρες. Πήρε πετσέτες χωρίς να τα αντικαταστήσει για 2 μέρες, έτσι έχουμε το δικό μας που πλένουμε και κρατάμε στο μπαλκόνι. Θα μπορούσα να κάνω με ένα στρώμα ή ένα πλυντήριο για να κρατήσω τα πάτωμα καθαρά τις μέρες που οι καθαριστές δεν έρχονται ειδικά μετά από μια μέρα στην παραλία. Τα κρεβάτια δεν αλλάζουν ούτε και ήμασταν εκεί για 2 εβδομάδες αλλά υπάρχει μια μικρή πλυντήριο, έτσι πλένουμε τα δικά μας κρεβάτια. Είναι δύσκολο να στεγνώσει, καθώς δεν υπάρχει πολύς χώρος στο μπαλκόνι. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι πραγματικά φιλικοί. Η περιοχή της πισίνας είναι ατέλειωτη και η τοποθεσία είναι μόνο 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια στην παραλία και 20 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τις κύριες τουριστικές θέατρα με πολλά να δείτε και να κάνετε. Υπάρχει ένα μαγαζί απέναντι και το προσωπικό είναι υπέροχο. "

"We had to move our holiday and bring it forward 4 weeks , so it was the very beginning of the season , as very quiet not loads open but was able to fill the week , daytime weather warm night time wrap up but was early May Nessebar old town is very beautiful We got the bus couple time to sunny beach £1 again not fully open but more busy then Nessebar , would defo come back To Bulgaria in the high season Hotel we lovely staff brilliant nothing to much trouble , my only grip was pool and poolside with the seagull poo everywhere on beds on sun brollies , in the pool which wasn’t clean in the 7 days , we sat the pool said getting a hose down a couple off days but that went straight into the pool as well , was seagulls in the pool drinking and washing in it But as I say that was the only issues Beautiful see view room we had one of the best ❤️"

"Μείναμε σε ένα εξαιρετικό διπλανό δωμάτιο με μπαλκόνι για 3 νύχτες. Το ίδιο κορίτσι ήταν εκεί όταν βγήκαμε έξω, τελικά, όταν αποφάσισε να έρθει από να μιλήσει σε κάποιον έξω... με ρώτησε αν υπήρχαν προβλήματα, αλλά όταν της είπα κάτι, απλά αγκάλιασε τους ώμους της. Το δωμάτιο είναι καλά, το κρεβάτι ήταν άνετο και καλό αέρα. Το ντους ήταν πραγματικά καλό και ισχυρό, αλλά μια από τις πόρτες του ντους ήταν λείπει ( στην πραγματικότητα ήταν στριμωγμένη στον τοίχο έξω από το διάδρομο - ίσως ο συντηρητής ήταν σε διακοπές ). Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα με το ντους είναι ότι το νερό γεμίζει πολύ γρήγορα στο ντους, έτσι έπρεπε να σταματήσω και να ξεκινήσω ενώ περίμενα να ξεραθεί το νερό. Το πηγάδι δεν φαίνεται να είναι καλά ασφαλισμένο, αν το στηρίζεστε, φαίνεται να πέφτει από τον τοίχο. Τα πιάτα που έμοιαζαν με σπαγγέτι, ίσως 2 επιλογές σιτηρών, μελιού και φρούτων. Το είχαμε μόλις το πρωί και δεν ενοχλούσαμε να το πάρουμε μετά... ένα καλό σούπερ μάρκετ, ακριβώς απέναντι από το δρόμο... και μερικά εστιατόρια γρήγορης διατροφής. Το μπαρ που περνάει από το ξενοδοχείο φαίνεται να έχει Βουλγαρικούς τραγουδιστές τις περισσότερες νύχτες - σίγουρα όχι το τσάι μας, και μας οδήγησε να παρασυρθούμε από το μπαλκόνι για να μην το ακούσουμε! Ένα πράγμα που πρέπει να σημειώσουμε σε περίπτωση που δεν καταλάβετε από την περιγραφή, αν και αναφέρεται, είναι ότι δεν υπάρχει ανελκυστήρα, οπότε αν οι σκάλες είναι δυσάρεστη για σας, αυτό δεν είναι το ξενοδοχείο που χρειάζεστε. Για να συνοψίσω την διαμονή μας, ήταν επαρκής, αλλά μάλλον δεν θα γυρίσω. "

"My daughter is traveling in Bulgaria to participate in an archeological dig. She traveled from Sofia to Burgas. Unfortunately, she arrived at 9 pm, and no buses or taxis were available. No one at the train station spoke English. We called the hotel, and the staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. They tried to find a taxi, and when that did not work, they offered to send the shuttle 33km each way for her. I cannot express how much I appreciate them. They are great. Thank you to whoever answered the phone at 9:25 local time on June 14th. Saved the day."

"My friend and I decided to visit Sunny Beach and we just chose a random hotel. It turned out to be a comfortable experience and we are very happy with the hotel. The room was standard with a hair dryer, mini-fridge, nice air-conditioning, a balcony and an ironing board in the hallway just outside. Both the bathroom and the main room were really clean. I could not see a spot of dirt or stains anywhere. I even checked the mattress, and it looked brand new. The hotel is also very quiet at night and you don’t get disturbed by the partying in town when you want to sleep. It seemed that the reception was manned 24/7 and it felt safe. The family that runs the hotel is really friendly and I can tell they are working hard to keep the rooms in good condition. They are also helpful with anything you might need. For instance; They drove us to a far away beach for a good price when we didn’t want to travel with the local taxi cars. They have a pool, which we didn’t try, but we checked it out and it looked squeaky clean as well. We also felt safe with leaving our belongings in the room, such as passports and expensive clothing. Oh, and the hotel is located in a good spot. It is close enough to the beach, close to restaurants, supermarket etc. They even offered free parking when we rented a car."
