Room was beautiful and very spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Unfortunately the pool was under renovation so we didn't get to experience it. Gym is small but gets the job done. Breakfast is very very delicious, and there is a cute bookstore and souvenir shop inside the hotel. Location was convenient for what we needed. Guest services was a bit spottier: we called down a few times for laundry with no response, and we had two problems with our laundry bill. Overall, not quite as professional as the other staff we encountered. We would stay again!

They have excellent service and our room housekeeper Mr Prakash was very honest and helpful looking for my misplaced phone. We enjoyed a lot the outdoor bar &cafe and the pool. They have a very nice restaurant Sevilla which serves super yummy food. We will come back! Thanks a lot to The Claridges staff!

Some days at the breakfast buffet have to coordinate the communication between reception and them for the same Used towel is taken but no new towel placed.... Coffee sachets on next day not placed..... Toilet paper also has to be asked for when done Everyday at buffet idli and wada is placed without chutney and u have to tell the waiter there to get it which can take a lot of time If something gets over at the breakfast buffet it's not replaced until a customer asks for Also a lot of the interior work is not fully done... Been hidden using flashy stuff..... Kept rating as 2 because of the good overall ***agement of the group.... Where they have an app which at least is prompt in answering customer complaints

The hotel location is really good, surrounded by five-star luxury hotels, because it is not far from the famous Plaza Conte, India gate, history museum, presidential palace, a few hundred meters away is the subway line, and also to the Jama Masjid Just 4 stops. Eat live bar .. Although the price is not cheap from the economic chain hotels, but from the location, it is still good compared with the surrounding large hotels. Hygiene can not be said, clean, bright yellow and white are the salient features of this hotel, clean, good service without any odor. The breakfast was rich and the restaurant ate 2 dinners. It can be said that the taste is still very good, especially the nana in his house is served with curry, which is not bad. We needed a place to rest and repack before our flight. Being from the United States, we were not sure we would find a place. Mr. Vinod Kumar was excellent in accommodating us at the last minute. We had lunch there also. The room was clean and very well appointed for the price! The food was excellent and clean. The espressos were also the best I've had in India and better than the Leela in Delhi! Actually better than any Starbucks as well! When we return to Delhi, we will be back to stay a while!

The most cost-effective hotel in Chuo, the environment from the outside is average, and the rooms are not large, but the service and location are very good, especially quiet; choose breakfast in advance, and deliver it to the room at your own time in the morning; I still want to live in the back Fully booked, and then booked another hotel with a similar price, I felt like nothing else.
