This hotel is really great! The price is reasonable, offering excellent value for money. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the location is fantastic – right next to the light rail station, and very close to the airport. The view from the window is lovely and it's quiet, plus the windows open completely so you can enjoy the sunshine. I really love this hotel; the staff are efficient, they helped me store my luggage, and most of them speak English. I'm very satisfied!

Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and it's easy to walk with luggage on flat roads, but there aren't many restaurants nearby. The room was very small and the decor was plain; the lighting fixtures were nice, but other than that, there wasn't much to write home about. The front desk and dining staff had an average attitude. There were a lot of sofas set up outdoors, and it was very pleasant to sit there in the evening breeze.

The hotel is close to the airport, and trams and trains are within walking distance, providing direct access to Nice city center and other towns. The rooms are large and clean, with excellent ventilation, and offer sea views from the windows.

Excellent option for an overnight stay if you have a connecting flight. It's less than a 5-minute walk from the airport (just cross the avenue and walk one block). There's a tram stop at the airport that goes to the city center (about 20 minutes), and the train station is a couple of blocks away for trips along the coast to Monaco or the rest of France. Clean, friendly staff. Restaurant, bar, and drinks are sold at reception. I would definitely return.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a 5-minute walk to the tram station where you can take the L2/3 to the city center. The cleanliness is good, with daily cleaning service. It's great that the toilet and shower are separate. There's a curtain in the room that separates the bed from the washroom area. There's plenty of space under the bed for luggage, so it's perfectly fine for two people. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly; I asked for an extra blanket when it got cold at night. The only downside is that the blanket had a bit of an odor. The room doesn't provide bottled water, but there's a water dispenser on the 3rd-floor reception where you can refill your bottle. Overall, for this price point, I don't expect much more.

getting there : you dont need the tram from Terminal 1 (its walking distance and its well sign posted)but you do for terminal 2. The main door was out of order so in the dark it’s hard to find the side one. Reception was easy but there can member of staff after 10/11pm which could delays things. Rooms are fine but I would not say to Sheraton standards and certainly nothing to brag about on the deluxe room option. All comfortable, practical , clean and what you need for an overnight stay. The pool was closed as Jan/feb there is no one to supervise and rather cold. This was not mentioned when booking was done which is a shame if you have kids! Room: is fine but there is a constant buzzing noise which either comes from the aircon or the electrical unit outside ( not sure). Bed is comfy and cosy and bathroom is all what you need. However there is a constant smell of sewage coming and going either in the hotel area or the bathroom. It’s intermittent and comes and goes, somewhat unpleasant at times but not overwhelming annoying. Breakfast was good and you can order an omelette (as per previous unsure reviews) on request though plenty of choice is presented for full international breakfast. It’s all spread out over the whole room so there is a lot of going and coming around :) Overall easy stay for a night , Summers or hot days must be fun with the top terrace/pool thought the view is mostly over the airport ( if you like that). I would say a tick expensive for what you get but they can charge a premium for airport surroundings! Recommend for short stay or late arrival.

Ok for an overnight stay if you’re catching a flight in the morning. The room is incredibly small and the walls paper thin, but the location is fine, within walking distance from the airport, and it’s go a shower and clean sheets.

I have to complain about the service at this hotel. One day, we left before 12 PM and hung the 'Please Make Up Room' sign on the door. However, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found that the room hadn't been cleaned. The used towels were still there, and no new ones had been placed in the room. When I went downstairs to explain the situation, one of the front desk staff members told us to bring the old towels down ourselves. Their attitude was extremely arrogant and dismissive, basically conveying a 'We didn't clean it, if you want new towels, bring the old ones down yourself, do whatever you want' kind of message.
