Traveling to Capital Airport, I searched online and found this hotel had the highest rating. What I valued most was their service, as my friend and I (two girls) had three heavy suitcases – two large and one small. Upon arriving at the hotel entrance, the staff enthusiastically helped us with our luggage and thoughtfully weighed it for us. The front desk offers complimentary luggage storage, and we even received a free upgrade to an Executive Double Room with a window. There were complimentary fruits in the room, making us feel right at home. After a tiring day of travel, we immediately felt relaxed. The air conditioning in the room was comfortable, and we didn't hear any planes taking off or landing, so the soundproofing was quite good. The hot water supply was ample, breakfast was delicious, and the service was excellent. What truly stood out was the complimentary airport shuttle service. The front desk called to remind us half an hour in advance, and the staff helped us with our luggage on and off the shuttle. We arrived in just 15 minutes, which solved a major problem and was incredibly thoughtful. Upon checkout, we even received complimentary eye masks and tissues. Overall, it was a very satisfying trip. If I have the chance to visit Capital Airport again, I will definitely choose this hotel. Oh, and the front desk staff, both male and female, were all very attractive! This is a very serious review from me, and I hope it helps those of you who are undecided.

This location was ideal for my short layover. Conveniently located adjacent to Beijing Capital International Airport, it offers virtually every amenity you could imagine. The value is also excellent considering what you save by taking advantage of the complimentary airport shuttle service. What truly made this stay exceptional, however, was the outstanding hospitality. I ordered room service, and the food arrived hot, delicious, reasonably priced, and surprisingly high quality. Breakfast was another highlight—I highly recommend adding it to your stay, whether you dine in the restaurant or enjoy it from the comfort of your room. I especially want to recognize Deane at the guest services desk. Exceptional customer service is becoming increasingly rare, and Deane reminded me what genuine hospitality looks like. When I needed a little extra time before checking out, he patiently listened to my request, helped me work through my admittedly imperfect Chinese, and went above and beyond by arranging a special accommodation that allowed me to remain in my room beyond the standard checkout time. At no point did I feel rushed or like an inconvenience. Instead, I felt genuinely welcomed as a guest. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help transformed what could have been a stressful travel day into a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Employees like Deane are a tremendous asset to any hotel, and he deserves recognition for the positive impression he leaves on guests. This personalized level of customer care is exactly why I would recommend this hotel to anyone flying into or out of Beijing, and why I will absolutely stay here again. Between the family rooms, swimming pool, breakfast buffet, and evening dining options—including pizza, burgers, and other Western favorites—there is plenty to keep children happy while creating memorable family experiences. 10/10. The hotel is excellent, and the service attitude is great. The location is perfect, and the parking lot is huge. This is definitely a top-notch hotel that I'll prioritize in the future and stay at again. The breakfast spread is also very good, and the hotel amenities are excellent. It was a last minute booking due to a delayed flight and what a nice surprise it was. And we chose it because it's the only hotel around the PEK that offers a 2 X double beds room type and it's literally a stone throw away from the airport. The staff were very helpful and started from the shuttle service, 3 every hour around the clock. We were allowed to check in early before 1pm and the room was big with enough space for 4 large suitcases. The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable. The big window was a plus over seeing part of the airport. The high ceiling made the room feel spacious. The splitting arrangements in the toilet was great allowing sharing the washroom at the same time. Although there are not many choices of shops and eateries apart from the hotel's own and the airport's. It was still close and cheap enough to get a taxi to shopping centres nearby, all within a 20km range (¥40 including toll). The gym was great with decent equipment and not too busy most of the time. Overall the hotel deserves a true 9/10.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel's airport shuttle service was incredibly convenient, using an 8-seater business van. The driver was very kind and helped with luggage. It only took about fifteen minutes to get to the airport, so there was no rush at all for our flight. The room was spotlessly clean, with no strange odors, and once the doors and windows were closed, we couldn't hear any outside noise. The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes with a homely taste. There's a supermarket right outside the hotel, making it easy to buy water and snacks, so the location is excellent. The self-service laundry room is equipped with a dryer and an iron, which was super practical for long trips, allowing us to wash, dry, and iron our clothes promptly. Overall, the facilities are complete, and the service is thoughtful. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next layover.

Long drive from the airport. Punctual free shuttle bus to airport. Weak A/C. Supposed to be a refurbished new wing of the hotel where the pool and gym located. Avoid this wing during summer. Dark foyers with thick carpet, same applies for the room! Booked a room with wooden floor, was assigned a room in this ”new wing” with a full carpet, that smelled and gave a dusty air. Requested to change the room immediately to the type of room according to our booking. We were given a room in the ”older” wing that was bright with minimum carpet on the corridors and in the room too. Know what you booked and stick to it if you have dust allergy. Really polite and efficient front desk staff!

Booked this hotel for a last-minute business trip, and it perfectly met all my needs. The quiet environment was great for resting, breakfast was quick and convenient, and the airport shuttle service saved me the hassle of transfers. The staff were professional and polite. I'll definitely consider staying here again for future business trips.

The young staff here were very thoughtful; they adjusted my check-in time and even agreed to receive a package for me, which is a great convenience for business travelers.

My stay at Mercure Beijing Capital Airport was fantastic! The hotel is very close to the airport, which is super convenient for catching early morning flights. The room was clean, tidy, and tastefully decorated, and the comfortable bedding ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm, polite, and responsive. The facilities were comprehensive, and overall it offered great value for money. It's my top choice for business trips to and from the airport, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Great hotel! The location is definitely its biggest advantage, right inside the terminal building. My relatives were transiting through T3 and didn't have to wait around all night; they could actually get some sleep. The environment was very clean and the service was excellent too!
