"Excellent choice in many ways from the location to the views to the swimming pool and breakfast… The only small hitches were the smokers (possibly encouraged by the ashtrays in the rooms and by the lifts) and the pool’s limited opening hours (a nuisance made even worse by the pool being at some point completely taken over by 20 children having a swimming lesson with three instructors and a million toys which made it impossible for any guest to even squeeze in)😯"

"My recent stay at the Sheraton Ninghai exceeded all my expectations! Daisy handled my check-in with exceptional professionalism and warmth, making the process incredibly smooth and quick. She also thoughtfully provided all the necessary details about my stay. Yumiko was incredibly friendly and polite, always ready to help with any questions or issues I had during my visit. Jiah was meticulously attentive and thorough, providing such thoughtful service that made me feel truly cared for. Brisa made the check-out process simple and efficient; there was no waiting in line, and she was very patient and gentle. The entire hotel staff provided excellent service. The hotel itself was clean and quiet, and the overall service was impeccable. The breakfast was fantastic too! My lake-view room directly overlooked Tianming Lake, and the hotel has direct access to Tianming Lake Park from both sides, making it a perfect spot for walks or jogs to soak in the natural beauty. Overall, my experience was superb. I've already saved this hotel and will definitely choose it again for my next visit!"

"This hotel left a deep impression on me. It was very clean and even had little robots. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the room offered a great view, which was very pleasant. The bedding was soft, just like home. The shower had excellent water pressure, leaving me feeling refreshed. Breakfast included freshly ground soy milk, pancakes, and made-to-order noodles with a perfect poached egg – it really hit the spot. The service was warm and friendly, definitely a thumbs up. Staying here was great for recharging. The room had good soundproofing, so I slept soundly. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard. Breakfast had noodles and congee, perfect for an energy boost. Parking was convenient. Next time I'm visiting Ninghai, I'll definitely stay here again; the experience exceeded my expectations. The room was bright, and the mattress was comfortable. The powerful shower washed away all my fatigue. The front desk was quick to respond, and parking was free. Overall, I'm satisfied and will return."

"Excellent location right in the heart of the county, making it super convenient to get around. It's right next to Xizi International Shopping Center. The facilities were newer than I expected, seems like it's been recently renovated. They even offered welcome fruit after check-in, which was a thoughtful touch. I just asked the front desk, and housekeeping brought up some disposable slippers. The breakfast was good, and they had coffee too, which is a big plus for coffee lovers like me. Highly recommend!"

"終於打卡了這家心心念唸的山裡度假酒店，體驗感遠超預期。先説環境，真的是一絕。酒店被青山綠水環繞，空氣裏都是草木的清香。我這次住的是庭院房，推開門就是私密的小院子，清晨在院裏喝茶聽鳥鳴，晚上抬頭就是滿天繁星，這種與自然零距離的感覺太治癒了。 温泉中心也是此行亮點。泡池藏在山谷間，水温和水質都特別好，泡完睡眠質量直網上升。 酒店的活動安排也超用心！白天有泡泡派對，小孩都玩瘋了。晚上更精彩——先參加篝火晚會，旁邊還架着燒烤，自己烤串配冰飲，太滿足了。不想鬧騰的話，可以在草坪上看露天電影。 特別要點贊酒店的接駁車服務。因為酒店佔地很大，山路有些坡度，但隨叫隨到的接駁車實在太方便了。無論去餐廳、温泉還是大堂，一個電話幾分鐘就到，司機師傅還會沿路介紹風景，體驗非常絲滑。 工作人員jessen從入住到離店，他的服務真的讓人印象深刻。Check-in時主動幫我們升級了更好的房間，服務也很熱情很周到。"

"We arrived at the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk upgraded our room type😄. We can see Tianming Lake from the room. The lighting in the room is very good☀️Clean and transparent! The hotel's breakfast has many varieties, including fruits, pastries, side dishes, and drinks. I especially like their tofu curd and beef noodles🍜, and the portions are just right. The overall decoration of the hotel is in a modern new Chinese style. There are many scenes where you can take photos and check in, and the atmosphere is full."

A blue light sterilizing toilet, equipped with manual and sensor dual flush modes, an intelligent constant temperature quick-heating kettle, a large TV, and super large floor-to-ceiling windows. You can see that even the carpet in the corridor is carefully designed. This is a very thoughtful hotel! ! ! Service: However, not only that, the service of the front desk staff is also first-class, almost meeting all my requests. I encountered many small troubles during this stay, and the front desk staff took the trouble to solve various problems for me immediately! It’s really cool! Hygiene: The hygiene is really excellent. Since I am a bit of a germaphobe, I secretly went to see how the housekeeping staff cleaned the room. I didn’t expect that they were so careful that they didn’t even let go of a small corner. After cleaning, there were special people to check the room, using a sticky thing like a mop to check if there was any hair on the floor. They really provided service and hygiene very attentively! Environment: As for the environment, the hotel itself is great and there is nothing to say. Now my mind is full of advantages!
