"My parents chose this hotel for their vacation. It's a beautiful hotel right by Lugu Lake, and pictures 1 and 2 show the interior and the view from the window. The lobby has a fireplace, and when it's cold, they light a fire, making it super warm and cozy. The service was excellent, and the afternoon tea was lovely, with a good variety of items and delicious mini cakes. They even had two days of great weather, so my parents really enjoyed their stay."

"Among all the accommodations on the Lugu Lake shore at Daluoshui, Three-Color Cloud River feels like the absolute best. I really love their decor style; the lobby offers beautiful views everywhere you look. The staff are all very enthusiastic, diligent, and reliable, especially Miss Zhima. She's incredibly capable and responsible, treating every guest wonderfully and taking excellent care of everyone. I often saw her bustling around, constantly busy with tasks, and her thoughtful service was incredibly heartwarming. Staying at Three-Color Cloud River truly felt like being at home. The facilities are comprehensive, with thoughtful touches like afternoon tea, evening white fungus soup, and even face masks. Every day, the room is stocked with snacks and tea. I'll definitely recommend this place to my friends."

"I highly recommend the Erodie Hotel! The lake view is truly top-notch, offering an unobstructed panorama of the beautiful Lugu Lake. The water is crystal clear and the mountains are lush green; every photo you take here turns out stunning. The rooms are spacious and bright, with floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing the lake. Waking up to a misty lake in the morning and watching the sunset glow on the water in the evening is incredibly soothing and relaxing. The butlers, Erche, Azuo, Zhaxi, and Zhongwei, provided warm and professional service. The facilities are excellent, and the transportation is convenient. Overall, the holiday experience was absolutely perfect!"

"Came to Lugu Lake with friends and choosing this hotel was such a pleasant surprise! We had a room with an unbeatable lake view, a terrace, and a private hot spring. The moment you open the window, you're greeted by the sparkling lake. Watching the sunset in the evening was absolutely stunning, and the private hot spring was incredibly relaxing. The cleanliness was meticulous; even the corners were spotless, truly nothing to fault. The environment is serene and elegant, far from the hustle and bustle, making it perfect for unwinding. The service was also very thoughtful; the owner proactively helped us plan our itinerary, and all our requests were promptly attended to. Our BBQ dinner was fantastic too! The ingredients were fresh, and enjoying meat and drinks by the lake with the breeze blowing created an amazing atmosphere. The facilities are comprehensive and high-quality, making our stay very comfortable. You absolutely must stay here when you visit Lugu Lake; it offers excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be back next time! 🌅"

"This hotel is located inside the scenic area. You need to purchase an adult ticket for ¥70 per person to enter the park. Seniors over 60 get half price, those over 70 get in for free, and those over 80 can have one adult accompany them for free. The room facilities are complete, and the bathroom has a wet and dry separation. Disposable bath towels and regular towels are provided. There's also a bathtub in the room with a disposable tub liner. Plus, there's a mini washing machine, perfect for washing two jackets or 2-3 sets of underwear for enough people, and laundry detergent is included. Even though there's a big temperature difference in February, the air conditioning works great. The hotel is right by the lake, just a 3-5 minute walk away, and it's the best spot to watch the sunrise – no need to go anywhere else. Breakfast is plentiful and delicious! Overall, it's a great hotel with good value for money, you can tell they put a lot of thought into it!"

The bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and functional, making for a truly great stay. **Hygiene:** The entire place was spotless, with attention paid to every detail. The bedding and towels were clean and odor-free, making for a reassuring and comfortable stay. **Environment:** Boasting stunning views of Lugu Lake, it's tranquil and elegant. Waking up to such a beautiful view, away from the hustle and bustle, truly set a wonderful mood. **Service:** I absolutely have to commend our butler, Zhaxi! He greeted us warmly despite our late arrival, proactively turned on the heating to warm up the room, and was attentive and responsive to all our requests, making us feel right at home. **Afternoon Tea:** The selection was rich and exquisite, and the taste was on point. Enjoying it with the lake view was incredibly pleasant and rejuvenating. **Snacks:** Thoughtfully chosen and delicious, they were satisfying and filling, showing great attention to detail. **Minibar:** Fully stocked with drinks and snacks, and regularly replenished, making for a superb overall stay."

"The housekeeper was very thoughtful, calling two days in advance to confirm the booking and provide directions. The guesthouse is halfway up the mountain, and indeed, you open the door to a lake view. The room has a XiaoDu smart speaker, allowing voice control of various devices. We're used to using XiaoAi at home, so it was actually quite convenient, haha. No need to manually switch things on and off. The shower had great water pressure, and the heater worked wonderfully. In a place with significant temperature swings between morning and evening, a warm shower is really important! Breakfast is served individually, with milk, porridge, and rice noodles. The complimentary travel photoshoot was excellent; the photographer did a great job. The guesthouse reception also had many outfits to choose from, and I picked a purple ethnic style. The only downside was that it rained during my photoshoot, so the lake wasn't blue. For great photos, the weather really is key!!! Haha."

"I saw several, and finally decided to their home. The room was clean and the platform photos were the same as the actual ones. The newly opened and the facilities were perfect. The location is convenient to travel and it is very convenient to go to the pier by boat. The boss was warm and thoughtful and helped me take my luggage to the room, mainly because my suitcase was too heavy. By car and boat, it is arranged by the boss. The price is affordable, the travel is convenient, and the food and play suggestions given are also in place!"

"It was a great stay. I got in touch with the property two days before arrival. The lady helped me to negotiate a deal to get a hired car service from lijiang as well as an excursion circling the lake. The driver they recommend was also very professional and thorough. The place is at a great location, facing the lake and close to many good restaurants. All people at the hotel were very attentive and helpful, responding to my questions and requests instantly. They also offered to help us with the luggages from and back to car hire. The room is very comfortable and tastefully decorated too."
