"Η συνολική μου αξιολόγηση των 5 αστέρων μιλάει για τον εαυτό της. Δεν υπάρχει κυριολεκτικά τίποτα να παραπονιέσαι, όλα είναι τεράστια, το προσωπικό σε κάθε επίπεδο, οι εγκαταστάσεις, η ποιότητα των τροφίμων και της υπηρεσίας! Ήταν η τρίτη φορά που ήρθαμε στο ξενοδοχείο και κάθε φορά που έρχεται, βλέπουμε βελτιώσεις. Καλά τα πήγαμε όλοι. Η τοποθεσία είναι επίσης μεγάλη. Πετάξαμε από το Λονδίνο στην Βερόνα, νοικιάσαμε ένα αυτοκίνητο και σε 1:45 λεπτών ήμασταν εδώ. Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε!"

"Very disappointing experience, especially regarding cleanliness. We checked in at around 11 PM and found the room in a very poor condition. There were numerous dark hairs in the bed and on the bed linen, around the toilet, on the bathroom floor and other surfaces, as well as a lot of dust. The toilet was not sealed or marked as sanitized, the towel holder was broken, and there was no drinking water in the room. We also found a visibly rusty pin inside the sewing kit provided in the bathroom, which is unacceptable and potentially unsafe. Since we arrived late and there was no one at reception, we had to spend the first night in the room in this condition. The following day, what surprised us most was being told that the hairs could have been ours because we had already been lying on the bed. I have blonde hair, while the hairs were dark, and they were found not only in the bed but also throughout the bathroom. The hotel offered to change the room or clean it again. We chose the additional cleaning, and the room was noticeably cleaner afterwards. However, we had already spent our first night in a room that had clearly not been properly prepared for our arrival. Mistakes can happen, but the overall condition of the room and especially the way our complaint was initially handled were very disappointing."

Το φαγητό είναι εξαιρετικό. Τα περιφερειακά προϊόντα είναι φρέσκα και γευστικά προετοιμασμένοι. Είμαστε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. Το προσωπικό είναι προσεκτικό, χρήσιμο και φιλικό. Μια πραγματική οικογενειακή επιχείρηση !! Ένα μειονέκτημα ... Ένα κιλό παραπάνω στο βάρος κατά το ταξίδι στο σπίτι"

"We returned after discovering Hotel Peter last July. All I'd add is that as a family we enjoyed our second stay even more! As soon as we arrived by car it felt like our mountain home from home. There is a lot of detail in my review in July 2025 so I won't restate that here. Just to say that this year we found the pool temperature to be perfect and made far greater use of the pool and spa. My heartfelt congratulations to the HP team for continuing such a high level of excellence and maintaing such a warm friendly atmosphere. We are already planning our next visit in 2027."

"Our stay at Wellness & Vital Hotel Erica was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the service and staff were exceptional. Our rooms were tucked at the back of the resort in a peaceful, scenic setting that was wonderfully quiet at night. Everything was spotless and had the cozy charm of an Alpine villa, combined with all the modern comforts. Petra and the front desk team (Felix and Kathrin), Peter at the bar, and Simon in the dining room all went above and beyond to help our little group plan day trips and explore the region. The spa was absolutely spectacular. We loved moving between the different areas, from the refreshing ice room to the warm sun lamp room to the calm, tranquil spaces made for pure relaxation. Our treatments at the Wellness Spa were also outstanding, especially the care and expertise from JoHannah. Be sure to sign up for the inclusive package and take advantage of the breakfast and dinner, the menu is spectacular and tailored to every palate imaginable. The hotel’s location in the Dolomites is perfect for outdoor adventures year-round, whether you’re hiking in the summer, skiing in the winter, or enjoying everything in between.
