We stayed at Kombinat for one night on a quick getaway to explore Novi Sad. This hotel was perfect. The rooms are clean and modern. The bathrooms are spa-like. Location couldn’t be better- just steps away from the main square. Best of all, the staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They allowed us to check-in early and helped us to print some documents. Kombinat Cafe is right downstairs and doesn’t disappoint. Highly recommend- we will be back!

Bojana is just the best! She is so great and willing to help a guest with whatever you need during your stay in Novi Sad. She makes your stay amazing and pleasent and your stay at hotel Sheraton feels like home. I will definetelty visit Sheraton every time I visit Novi Sad

A very nice small hotel in the heart of the historic centre. It felt like home. Beautifully decorated, clean and quiet. Excellent breakfast, with lots of options. We really enjoyed it. Helpful staff as well and very reasonable price. Everything was perfect. Οικονομικό , μικρό ξενοδοχείο στο κέντρο της πολης, πολύ όμορφο, μοιάζει με σπίτι. Καθαρό και περιποιημένο και πολύ ήσυχο. My wife and I were traveling around Serbia and we had originally planned only one night at Hotel Pupin. We weren't able to find a ton of advance info on the hotel because it was new, but the location was good, price seemed good, and it was only one night so didn't seem like much of a risk. The hotel and Novi Sad were so charming that we extended our stay to three nights. Overall, we were extremely happy with out stay. The hotel is brand new and is very close to the old town center (<10 min walking). Hotel staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. Everything in our room was new with modern-style decor, and the room was very clean. The styling of the room kind of reminded me of a Sofitel or something between a Westin and a W (Westin with darker lighting and more ”modern” finishes). The hotel is near a busy street, but we asked for a quiet room so they gave us one in back that was great. We booked our stay directly through the hotel's website where we were able to get a special weekend package that included free parking and breakfast (seemed like a great deal compared to room-only rates). The parking garage was new, very spacious, and a huge relief after my experiences with previous, tiny Serbian parking garages (as an American used to more space, driving and parking in Serbian cities was an adventure). Breakfast in the hotel's restaurant was amazing. So much delicious food and excellent service. Three months later, my wife and I still always talk about the breakfast anytime Novi Sad and Hotel Pupin come up in conversation. Serbian meze (charcuterie and cheeses), fresh fruit, eggs cooked to order, bacon, sausages, delicious breads and spreads, vegetable salads, espresso drinks, and fruit juices... delicious! The only things we thought could be improved at this hotel were the night light under the bed (it was a motion sensor or something and would sometimes turn on randomly while we were in bed; we fixed this by taking the room key/card out of the light switch at night), and the mini-bar which didn't seem to get cold (we experienced this at a couple other Serbian hotels as well). Neither was a big issue. Also, would note that the hotel is in a shared commercial building. To get to the check-in desk, you walk to the right of the Continental AG desk in the first floor lobby and then you take the stairs or the elevator to the second floor where you'll find the hotel desk. There was some construction going on in or near the building when we were there in July 2020, but we really didn't notice it other than seeing some workers walk by a couple times.

We were in this hotel at the end of October 2018. The hotel is located in the center, a pedestrian street, on which a bunch of cafes, pizzas, etc. Very beautiful interior, clean. But! First we were settled in a room whose windows go to the street of the Jewish. The windows are big, almost in the floor and so I and my daughter were cold (the end of October was). Plus the noise from the street, youth walking, machines ... I asked for something to do with it (heating there ...). We were offered another room,there is warmer,but there are no windows (the windows went out into the corridor).Never seen such a room! ). But since I am a frosty and didn't want to treat the child later- agreed. Breakfasts will not say that varied but hungry will not go away: omlet, ham cut, dry breakfasts that need to be poured with milk or juice, yoghurts different, ... The most I didn't like the fact that coffee was cheap and disgusting, fast-soluble in the rough Nescafe (cooking needs to be made). In general, Serbia is a poor country, but prices are high ...

The hotel is located in the old town area of Novi Sad, a 5-minute walk to the church square. There is a bakery and a supermarket next to it. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and quiet. The hotel reception is warm and friendly. Although the breakfast is not rich, it is delicious and full, and it is worth staying. Will come again next time I have a chance!

The hotel is located in the city center and it is very convenient to travel. The front desk staff of the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. The hotel has a large room type with plenty of lighting, a large sofa and coffee table, a clean and tidy mattress bedding, and a good sleep. The hotel's breakfast is rich in variety and great. The hotel is just off the right turn, walk east along the street, cross the bridge, 20 minutes to the Petrava Latin Fort, on the Danube, the scenery is beautiful. Go out and walk for 5 minutes to the cathedral, Liberty Square, museum, Grand Theatre, fruit market ..., sitting in the outdoor cafe on the street for a coffee, it feels really comfortable! This is a great hotel and will choose to stay next time.

We spent overnigh in the Boutique Hotel Arta while passign through Novi Sad, Serbia. It exceeded our expectations. The room was exceptionally beautiful, with a modern chique design. Room and bathroom were spotelss clean. Breakfast had lots of variety and all foods delicious. Staff speak English. The hotel has its own inside parking. Our car was parked a few steps from our door which is wonderful when you have luggae and it's so easy to move it from the car to the room. Nearby there are bakeries and pizza restaurants and take aways open until very late at night. We will definitely go back next time we pass through Novi Sad.
