As a transition hotel between the two Resplendent Ceylon hotels, this British-style hotel located in Noir Aire is good. The lobby, restaurant, and courtyard facilities are rich. The food in the restaurant is also diverse and delicious, and the price is very cost-effective. , the only disadvantage is that due to the high altitude of 2400 meters, the temperature is low, the room is cold, there is no air conditioning, and the cup feels a bit damp.

Amazing property. Has a vibe on its own. The room size isn't that big but they have retained its authentic 100 year old building and converted it into hotel rooms. The 6 course meal was good. The service was excellent. The property itself is a wonder and has so much aroma to it with its multiple parks and events that take place. The spice tea offered as welcome drink was something I have never tasted before and was excellent.

The accommodation is very clean and nicely furnished, equipped with a cozy terrace and seating area. We enjoyed the warm welcome as well as the great tea which we were offered as a welcome drink. The bed is very comfortable equipped with a thick blanket which we needed due to the rather low nighttime temperature in Nuwara Eliya. At the end of our stay we were offered a little gift which we appreciated a lot.

Ok: The environment is good, close to the pink post office, go down and turn right. Bad: The sheets are pilling, not one piece, all pilling. The first time I met, more than 1,300 nights, I would give this kind of thing.          I ordered two bottles of Coke at dinner, and I had more than 20 yuan in total. I chased after the money and told him that he had not finished eating it, and he came again later.         Very cold at night, a small electric heater, it doesn't work at all.

I stayed at Jinling for two nights and it was quite good. The hotel is located on a hillside. The scenery outside the window is very beautiful. The temperature is several degrees lower. It often rains. It is very close to the Pink Post Office and the Governor's Palace.

Check in 28/3 Check out 1/4 I had a wonderful stay here to visit the sights of Nuwara Eliya. At the time of my visit, it was pre-awurudu so it was relatively quiet, I'd heard this is where many locals come for their new year staycation because of the much more manageable climate! My room was clean and comfortable, plenty of choice for buffet breakfast and dinner (I had half board), in a gorgeous building with stunning views on the view deck overlooking the town and Lake Gregory. And the reception staff were lovely to chat with every day. They also arranged a brilliant tuktuk driver, Samara, for me who really looked after me on all my day trips. If you need a reliable tuk driver who knows and is passionate about the local area, ask for Samara 🙏😊 I asked for an early morning breakfast box for a morning hike in Horton Plains, but there was a bit of miscommunication and I was given chicken sandwiches instead of cheese, when I don't eat meat 🙈 Still had enough to eat with the pastries, fruit etc, and Laxman - the Operations Manager - put things right for me immediately on my return with complimentary lunch to apologise. My thanks to you 🙏😊 This didn't overshadow my time here at all. Finally, I want to give my deepest thanks to Naduni, FOH in the restaurant. My stay at this hotel was the first stop on a 3-week solo journey through Sri Lanka, which can feel daunting! But Naduni's warmth whenever I attended the restaurant eased those fears. She works especially hard with humility, courtesy, friendliness and deep pride. My time in Nuwara Eliya was all the more enjoyable thanks to her kindness and care. First-class service, very European style. The hotel environment is very good and worth the experience
