Excelente atención, servicio, en especial de la persona que me dió la atención desde la cotización y reservación, la srita. Minerva Pineda García, siempre atenta a todo. Las habitaciones cuentan con plancha para ropa, burro de planchar, secadora de cabello, agua en la habitación, en recepción siempre hay agua natural y de frutas y por la tarde noche café. La alberca esta muy bien, con agua tibia de 9 a 9 y servicio de toallas.... Sin palabras será mi hotel predilecto en Oaxaca Cabe mencionar que hospede un grupo grande de 50 personas, y todos quedarom fascinados con el hotel... Gracias hotel Misión Oaxaca y gracias a Minerva Pineda

Reading the reviews on different websites I can only say that I am sure the hotel reads those reviews too and works constantly to work to get better. The housekeeping knocked before entering, the breakfast was fresh and various over the days, the reception staff was very friendly and helpful, and the rooms have sheets and additional duvets if you feel cold. The hotel is outside of the town center, bear that in mind if you book touristic tours, the companies will not pick you up at the hotel, you have to make your way into town. Having said that, the hotel offers a free transfer service into town if you book it a day ahead. I loved the enormously spacious room, it was quiet though it was close to a main road. The view is lovely. I would recommend it to anyone and return on my next trip to Oaxaca.

I never write reviews but felt it necessary to leave one for this place. We live in Oaxaca and were craving a bit of time away from our flat where we could work but also swim, relax and feel like we were on holiday. We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Victoria and it completely exceeded all our expectations! Our room was light, spacious and clean with an enormous bed, beautiful view and thoughtful finishing touches that make a hotel stay special, like takeaway coffee cups and towels/toilet paper folded into pretty shapes with love and attention. The hotel decoration was cute and authentically Mexican, with beautiful colourful paintings scattering the walls and Mexican sculptures and ornaments dotted around making it an interesting place to explore. The pool is enormous and the area made for the perfect place to relax but also work as the wifi was still strong even in the area furthest from the hotel. The water is the perfect temperature to cool off from the hot Oaxacan sun and the colourful trees and cobbled steps make the area very picturesque. The tennis court was an added bonus and we were able to play as soon as we arrived and given rackets and balls with absolutely no hassle or cost (although I think you usually have to reserve a spot). We were also able to book spa treatments last minute in the evening. I think what made the stay so enjoyable for us was how friendly and helpful all the staff were. Any request we had at the front desk was met with a 'Si, claro!' and a warm smile, and we were even allowed to spend the day by the pool after checking out. The bar and restaurant staff were super friendly and attentive and the free breakfast was varied, extensive and delicious! For the price, we were absolutely blown away by Hotel Victoria and would stay again without any hesitation.

I was flying early in the morning. No one helped me to take a taxi on the front desk in the morning. Because it was very partial, no car could not get there! Fortunately, the enthusiastic people helped us out to find a place to take a taxi, or I am afraid to miss the plane!
