"My family and I stayed for the weekend. Breakfast is served 7-9. My daughter and I got there at 8:15. Eggs and bacon were gone. More eggs finally came out at 8:30 and no more bacon. Very disappointing. The next morning about 8:00 we were awaken to music playing loudly outside of our door. My husband gets up to see who is playing the music. Come to find out it’s coming from house keeper. He confronts her about the music and goes down to the front desk. The cops were called out and we left peacefully all because the staff had no courtesy for sleeping guests. Not a pleasant experience"

"Hotel lobby is nicely decorated. A delicious breakfast with good omlets, waffles, cherries, nutella, good coffee. Better than usual in American hotels.
In the bathroom, the shower is covered with marble. I prevented some knocking sound from the water pipe, but in principle, not scary. The noise of cars from the road is heard strongly, morning trash machines.
The Internet has been cut off several times. And it was often and for a long time, which is sad.
The staff are very nice. The hotel was generally liked."

No pets, events , parties or smoking of the premises. Quiet hours 8pm-7am. Service animals have to be pre approved with the proper documentation per the communities HOA. If you plan on brining your ADA dog please reach out to me before booking . No companion service animals are permitted. The master bedroom offers a king bed and the spare room offers a queen bed. There is a cozy sofa couch, portable twin bed and air mattress. We provide most essentials needed, hair dryer, soaps, and towels for an enjoyable shower to freshen up after a day of exploring. Smart TV and Wifi open to all guest. Home Outdoor Security Cameras and Privacy Fence for your saftey. Smoking ONLY in designated areas. This home has a covered boat dock with a boat lift and fish cleaning station. You can access the lake within 1 mile by boat from your own private dock or drive 2.9 miles to the nearest public boat ramp (Lock 7). Enjoy a 22x16 ft outdoor deck with a 22ft x 52 inch above ground swimming pool. Fully Furnished 12x42 ft outdoor screened in back porch with an additional 12x20 sitting area. This house is only 3.8 miles from Nubbin Slough a public boat ramp where you can enjoy the scenery of the beautiful canals or 2.94 miles from Lock 7 boat ramp which has direct access to Lake Okeechobee the second-largest freshwater lake in the continental United States.
