Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

Ci hanno mandato in questo hotel dopo aver cancellato il nostro volo verso l’India. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, peccato che il personale che gestiva la sala colazioni e pranzo, in particolare una giovane ragazza, sia stato veramente scortese e arrogante nei confronti di alcuni ospiti stranieri che come noi si trovavano li’ dopo aver passato una notte travagliata a causa del volo cancellato all’ultimo minuto. Non e’ stato servito loro il pasto perché sono arrivati in sala da pranzo 20minuti dopo l’orario stabilito… con tanto di parole poco rispettose nei loro confronti. Episodi di vera arroganza che non si dovrebbero mai verificare e che non ce lo si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle. Spero vivamente che vengano rivisitati i ruoli del personale all’interno della struttura e che venga fatta una seria opera di “umanizzazione” nei loro confronti.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel with a motel-type organization. The two-stage building for customers is independent from the reception and has a car place reserved at the entrance of the room. It guarantees privacy but also little assistance from the staff. There is no bar/restaurant service until dinner time. Smooth room with mirror walls, excessive heating, fridge with only two bottles and essential toilet accessories ... rather less (two liquid soaps with shower/shampoo function already used, one of which almost finished. The room was very comfortable and very comfortable, and the room was very comfortable and spacious, perhaps not 4 stars. Table for 2 booked for 20:30 (reservation required even if there were only 2 tables with 2 occupied). We arrive at a time and take our order at 21. With a little slowness in service we order a meal to bring together with the first. 21:30 (this is a hour) only the anti-food ( ”sprout of brushettes”: 5 feet of brush-brood with tomato, butter and packed smoked salmon that takes yes and no 6 minutes of preparation). We have asked for the meal together with the first and the servant assures us (falling from the clouds) that the first are coming. 20 minutes later, he returns to take the meals and asks us ” gentlemen like the other?” .... forbidden and a little dried We remind you that we are waiting for the first ... apologizing and transalling answers that we bring them immediately .... hours 22:00 comes with the first ... but only one dish is correct ... apologize and goes back and then come back Back 5 minutes after the correct plate (the same as before) and ensuring that the other plate is in preparation .... 20 minutes after my first ... Cacio pasta and pepper comes: vote 6 (is more a butter and pepper) ... very good sucking flakes. Dear and disorganized.

I stayed at the Moom in 2011 and 2012 and loved it— not so much this time. While the breakfast buffet and happy hour are wonderful, the rooms were awful. We booked two rooms- one for me and one for my husband and a kid in each room. They set the temperature at 23– you cannot change it. The staff put us in a handicapped room - the toilet was 2feet off the ground, furniture was missing from the room, and there was no place to set belongings in the bathroom. The space was awkward and not cozy at all. Then, when we checked out, they told us there was an 80 Euro “child fee”. This wasn’t in the original booking — why us there a child fee? Did we just get ripped off? Impossible to know. While the original booking suggested this would cost one price, the final price was Much more.

Everything was perfect for me. Before getting to Milano, I've been to Nordic countries which cost more, this hotel took a very reasonable price for me. And the staffs were pretty kind. I still remember one staff kindly asked me 'coffee or cappuccino?' And she explained that they bake almost of the bread. And the facilities could be better. They have a basement parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel and I'll be back whenever I come back to Milano.

Disgusting with every sense of the word. Disrespectful. Unprofessional. The whole stay was a disaster. My worst stay in any hotel I have ever stayed in. Let’s start with housekeeping. The first room had a spider in the bathroom. When I changed the room, the second room had insects on the walls. I literally checked out and went to the airport 4 hours prior to my flight just to get away from the hotel. I?m willing to bet that most rooms are this dirty since both rooms I?ve been in were disgusting. Let’s talk about disrespectful and unprofessional. Now I understand that the staff might not be fluent in English, but they MUST have the decency, willingness and patience to help customers understand what they are saying. I called room service twice, and when they had a hard time explaining things to me, they guy said something in Italian and then hung up. RUDE. VERY RUDE. I literally had to call a third time and tell him not to hang up and slowly try to explain to me where my food is and how long is it going to take. It can?t be that a customer is willing and has more patience than the staff. Finally, the room service menu was very light. Needs more option. Literally they only had one pizza, fries, soup I think and maybe one other option. I have never been to a hotel where they didn?t have at least a burger option and a club sandwich option. But compared to my first two points, this one seems less important right now. I will DEFINITELY NEVER be coming back to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is a 4-star hotel with a motel-type organization. The two-stage building for customers is independent from the reception and has a car place reserved at the entrance of the room. Ci hanno mandato in questo hotel dopo aver cancellato il nostro volo verso l’India. Struttura ben tenuta e pulita, peccato che il personale che gestiva la sala colazioni e pranzo, in particolare una giovane ragazza, sia stato veramente scortese e arrogante nei confronti di alcuni ospiti stranieri che come noi si trovavano li’ dopo aver passato una notte travagliata a causa del volo cancellato all’ultimo minuto. Non e’ stato servito loro il pasto perché sono arrivati in sala da pranzo 20minuti dopo l’orario stabilito… con tanto di parole poco rispettose nei loro confronti. Episodi di vera arroganza che non si dovrebbero mai verificare e che non ce lo si aspetta da un hotel 4 stelle. Spero vivamente che vengano rivisitati i ruoli del personale all’interno della struttura e che venga fatta una seria opera di “umanizzazione” nei loro confronti.
