"Although the front desk made us wait until 4 PM for check-in as per policy, we were given a free upgrade to a high-floor room with a great view of the falls, which was fantastic! The room was clean and comfortable, but they don't provide complimentary bottled water (it's C$3 a bottle) or free slippers. I brought my own toothbrush and toothpaste, so I'm not sure if they offer those for free, but I didn't see any in the bathroom. There's a capsule coffee machine and tea bags. For those who need hot water, you can use the tap water, which is drinkable, directly with the machine to heat it, so a kettle isn't necessary. The elevator is a bit quirky, but you get used to it. Overall, it's a very nice hotel with an excellent location."

"This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it's always our go-to when relatives or friends visit Toronto and want to see Niagara Falls. The rooms are huge with floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfy armchairs, so you can sit right by the window and watch the incredibly powerful falls – it's absolutely stunning, especially great for elderly guests with mobility issues. Parking at the hotel is super expensive; the first time, valet plus tip cost us nearly $80 CAD. However, there are other parking lots nearby for about $20 CAD per night."

"We booked our stay at Niagara Fallview Hotel by IHG at the last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised that they were still able to provide us with a room with a partial river view. The hotel’s location is excellent — it is very close to the main attractions and within walking distance to many popular spots. It is also next to Tower Hotel and Marriott, which makes exploring the area very convenient. The room was not very large, but it was clean and comfortable for our family. The hotel provided fresh towels and basic room cleaning every day. The bedding was not changed daily, but it was changed every three days, which is reasonable. Kids stay free, and the hotel was also happy to provide extra towels for the children. The pool is on the smaller side, but it was a nice place for young kids to play and enjoy some time after sightseeing. The restaurant downstairs was just okay, but there are many dining options nearby. Parking can be a little challenging — the underground parking is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The hotel does provide an alternative parking option a few blocks away, which is about a 5–10 minute walk. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The location, cleanliness, family-friendly service, and the ability to get a river-view room even with a last-minute booking made this hotel a great choice. We would highly recommend it for families visiting Niagara Falls."

"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The ”solution” provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he ”cannot help with anything” and ”cannot do anything” to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. The hotel is clean , rooms is spacious and have a great views of our rooms for the Niagara Falls view. We have a great time of our anniversary. Thank you so much."

"Location is unbeatable, probably the closest hotel backing onto the Incline Railway. With a Niagara Parks pass, you get unlimited rides right down to the Niagara Falls walking path/platform level. That convenience is huge. However, they know it and gouge accordingly: $50/night parking + $16 resort fee on top of room rate, which is outrageous when nearby lots go for $20–30. The hotel itself is very dated: old-hotel smell, tired decor, no modernization. They're coasting on location alone. The 14th-floor observation deck offers a nice falls view when mist isn't blocking it. Amenities are basic but functional. Free coffee and tea/water only, no breakfast. At the end of the day, you're paying for extreme convenience at a still-acceptable budget level, otherwise you'd be shelling out far more at the high-end hotels or the casino nearby. That said, if you're willing to walk a bit or catch the very frequent WEGO bus (included with your Niagara Pass), you can find cheaper, better-kept hotels further out. It's your call: overpay for a dated room and extreme doorstep convenience, or save money and ride the bus like most visitors do on non-peak season."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"Everything else was great, but I'm giving the facilities a 1-star because they were so bad. I booked a room with a Canadian Falls view, and since that room type had just been renovated, the smell of new decor was incredibly strong and suffocating. I switched rooms, but it was the same problem. Hotel windows in the US are sealed shut, so there's no way to open them for ventilation; you can only rely on the air conditioning, which did absolutely nothing. For your health, I strongly advise against staying at the Hilton, at least for the next five or six years."
