I stayed here for the second time. Bc, Its very clean and tidy. People are nice and helpful. The location is perfect only 19 minute from airport by bus number 50. The bus is free bu Basel card. They dont have very rich breakfast but all the main foods are available. The good is fresh and breakfast hall also very clean.Thank you

Excellent stay at Mövenpick Basel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful, explaining the city and providing a complimentary tram and bus day pass. The breakfast was also very good. Highly recommended!

Hotel Euter Basel is incredibly convenient, located just a one-minute walk from Basel SBB train, bus, and tram stations. Its distinctive light blue exterior makes it easy to spot. The rooms are very spacious and fully equipped, featuring a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and two complimentary glass bottles of water. The hotel also provides guests with a free public transport card and museum discount vouchers, which are fantastic for sightseeing and saving money. The breakfast is outstanding and very generous. The staff are all extremely polite. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Basel!

This hotel follows the standard hotel model, with spacious rooms equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and disposable slippers, just like hotels in China. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the train station via tram lines 2 and 11. You can also catch a tram right outside the hotel to reach the Town Hall, Old Bridge, market, and art museum. There's a Coop supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying at Pullman Basel Europe again if I have the chance!

We stayed for one night over the weekend in Basel. The location, right by the pedestrian zone, was perfect, but… It was a very hot weekend. The room temperature was unbearable, and there was no AC to regulate it. The fridge in the room was empty, no drinks for a minibar. Not even a bottle of water in the room, nothing. Just hot🥵🥵🥵… For an overnight stay costing over €220, plus €30 for the underground parking, and supposedly a 3 or 4-star category, this is completely unacceptable. This was by far the worst hotel stay of my life, and I’ve been to many hotels, both for work and leisure. Absolutely unacceptable, a total rip-off!!!

The hotel is located at a beautiful neighborhood and it is very convenient. On top of that, staffs are very helpful and friendly.

I had a pretty good experience staying at Basel Youth Hostel. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the city center and the Rhine river. My room was tidy and quiet, with comfortable beds and good storage space. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of common areas to relax or get some work done. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying — a good start to the day. I also liked the eco-friendly approach the hostel takes, which added to the overall positive impression. Would definitely recommend it to budget travelers looking for a safe, clean, and well-located place to stay in Basel!
