"The campsite offers shuttle services, and they handle luggage transfer both ways. The kids absolutely loved it! The rooms are spacious enough for easy movement, and the staff were all incredibly patient. They even provide sandboards. There's a dedicated guest lane for the cable car, which made it fun for both kids and adults. We'll definitely be back!"

"I even pulled back the covers to take a look [smirk]. It's a newly renovated hotel, clean, hygienic, and odor-free. The front desk and staff were very friendly. It's right next to National Highway 210, making transportation very convenient; it's a necessary route to the desert scenic area. There are large shopping malls and supermarkets nearby, as well as a very large park and night market. A great choice; I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next road trip."

"I'm so glad we booked our stay inside the Xiangshawan Desert Scenic Area! It made everything so incredibly easy. Each room came with 6 bottles of water, and the air conditioning was already on before we even arrived. Even though it's a yurt, the interior space is very large, and the private bathroom is super clean. The hotel's services were all excellent. The all-inclusive meals were not at all superficial; each meal featured local specialties like lamb offal soup, savory milk tea, and plenty of beef and lamb. The quality was on par with outside restaurants, and we all agreed their milk tea was the best we had during our entire trip. After a fun day exploring the two islands, returning to the hotel wasn't boring at all. In the evenings, there were disco parties, firework displays, and stargazing. Every event was well-organized and very entertaining. It truly lived up to its nickname, 'Desert Disney'! Definitely worth the trip!"

"This trip included a fantastic stay at a hidden gem of a guesthouse. I was immediately struck by the beautiful courtyard upon arrival; it was spotless and tidy, and fully equipped with camping tables and chairs, and barbecue facilities. The rooms were bright and airy, the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, and the toiletries were of excellent quality with no musty smells. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, proactively sharing information about nearby grassland tours and local delicacies, and even thoughtfully providing local snacks. Evening walks offered expansive views and a clear view of the starry sky. Overall, the stay was a perfect experience, ideal for family trips or small gatherings with friends."

Dalat Railway Station is located approximately 23km away and Ordos Ejin Horo International Airport around 83km away. Famous local attractions Liansha Resort Island, Yuesha Island and Hualian Tourist Resort Ski Area, can all be reached with a short walk. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Dalad Banner hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service. This hotel is a popular accommodation for guests traveling with families.
"The room was excellent, boasting a 270-degree view. A highlight was the perfectly angled air conditioning that didn't blow directly onto the bed. The TV mount was adjustable, and the balcony was spacious. However, with a 270-degree room, there didn't seem to be a full 'ring' view, so the scenery mainly consisted of other rooms and the outside, which was still quite good. A little tip: choose a room that faces the hotel's main entrance. You can watch the fireworks from the balcony at night, and it's just as good as watching from outside. The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and patiently answering all our questions. The rooftop bar was great, and they were able to make drinks not on the menu – we ordered 'See You Tomorrow' drinks for both today and tomorrow.
Now, for areas of improvement: Upon check-in, no one introduced us to the hotel's various amenities and benefits. In this regard, it falls short of Disney, where they explain everything you can enjoy during your stay. Here, I only found out about ice skating, roller skating, and playing Switch after seeing them. I even had to ask where the restaurants were, though I admit I didn't do my homework beforehand. Also, in the 270-degree room, all six lights could only be fully on or fully off, which is inconvenient. Many families with children stay in these rooms, and it's common for adults to need to pack or get ready while the child sleeps. It would be better if the three lights near the bed could be turned off while the sofa area lights remained on. Furthermore, the second lamp by the bed, designed for aesthetics, was too low; I bumped into it when getting up in the middle of the night (there will be a photo).
Finally, considering the significant price difference between room types, and the different colored wristbands (I'm not sure if they indicate length of stay or room type), I suggest further segmenting the privileges. For instance, restaurant seating is truly a scramble, and advantages for things like the Yuesha Island mini-train queue could be granted to certain room types."

"I specifically chose this hotel for my trip. Its location is fantastic, within walking distance to several unique restaurants. The laundry room on the third floor is a real convenience. I loved the smart thermostat-controlled toilet; it was very comfortable to use. The breakfast menu changed daily, which was a nice touch. Everything was clean, and the service was attentive. I spent the weekend with family and friends visiting the Desert Herdsman Homestay, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! The courtyard landscaping is very tasteful, with an exquisite and elegant Chinese-style welcoming pine tree. Sitting in the private courtyard, enjoying tea and conversation is incredibly relaxing. The outdoor barbecue area is well-planned, with tables suitable for small gatherings, a large canopy with a rainproof roof for team building meals, and a full range of commercial grills, making it convenient for self-service grilling skewers and roasting whole lamb. The elevated camping platform under the trees offers shade from the native forest, decorated with Mongolian patterns that add a local touch, creating a fantastic tent camping atmosphere. The owner cleverly uses the well house as a popular photo spot, with auspicious text and koi fish decorations, resulting in excellent photos. Nestled in the countryside, backed by cornfields and protective forests, the environment is quiet and free from urban noise, with low light pollution at night, allowing for clear stargazing. The venue is well-maintained, with gravel paving and hardened floors that are both aesthetically pleasing and fireproof and drainage-resistant. The owner is warm and welcoming, and food and equipment can be booked in advance. It's suitable for short trips to the suburbs, family gatherings, company team building, and camping stays. It's a rare gem of a rural homestay in the Dalate Banner area, with an elegant and pristine environment, thoughtfully designed photo spots, and attentive service. It's suitable for team building and family trips. The hygiene details are handled meticulously, making it a worry-free experience. Every facility and room is newly renovated, with coordinated colors for the bedding and curtains. The rooms are clean, bright, and comfortable, and quiet, perfect for relaxation.

Delicious afternoon tea snacks and a very good breakfast selection. My bed was big and comfortable. The shower had reusable products which smelt amazing! The seating in the room was very stylish and comfortable.
There was a convenience store next door too.
Would recommend if you are in the area!

A fantastic stay from start to finish! The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well looked after. What really made the experience special was the host’s kindness and generosity.
The young man went out of his way to drive me to different locations, making it much easier to explore the area. He also cooked delicious food, which was a real highlight of my stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help.
His hospitality made me feel right at home, and I truly appreciated all the effort he put into making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The shower was small, and the room wasn't big either. I was thinking the cleanliness would be acceptable, but then there was a wet towel left under the sink... To make matters worse, there was a municipal power outage. The room was right next to the stairs, and there was a lot of noise from people carrying luggage downstairs early in the morning. The room wasn't soundproof either. The air conditioner didn't work either. The worst part was that I thought I could at least get some sleep even if it was noisy, but then the power came back on, and the TV automatically turned on again. I turned off the TV, and then the power went out again, then came back on, and the TV turned on again, then went out again. I was completely unable to sleep. Because of the power outage, there was no food for breakfast, and I had to use two candles to keep the other things warm. How could they even charge for breakfast? Breakfast was listed as an extra charge when I booked the room. While the municipal power outage is unavoidable, it definitely affected the experience. I specifically chose a new hotel, and the entrance was hard to find. Three cars behind us all went to the wrong entrance.

Guest UserSisters visiting Xiangshawan and Ordos! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! The moment I walked in, I was charmed by the lucky bamboo in the lobby and the koi pond. Watching the fish swim peacefully in such a comfortable environment instantly melted away the exhaustion of travel. I especially want to commend the hotel's delivery robot. No need to go downstairs to pick up takeout, and no contact with strangers – it's incredibly social-anxiety friendly. The robot automatically calls you for delivery, which is so thoughtful and convenient, truly enhancing the stay experience!

What a fantastic stay! To find a place like this in the desert – so clean, convenient, and with genuinely friendly and generous staff – it's truly a hidden gem! The hotel front desk sells attraction tickets at a great price, which really enhances the experience. After the scenic area closes, it's essentially like having the whole place to yourself; you can go wherever you want and have the entire desert all to yourself. In the evenings, they even organize trips deeper into the desert to stargaze and take photos! It's also pet-friendly, and my dog absolutely loved playing in the sand! When the water heater broke in the middle of the night, a staff member came right up, fixed it in no time, and even replaced the showerhead with a new one. Their efficiency and service attitude definitely deserve a five-star rating! Highly recommend!
