"The room was clean and tidy. Takeout could be delivered to the room door by a robot. There was free parking and charging stations in the courtyard. Both the front desk and room service staff were friendly and helpful. The room was soundproof, and the air conditioning started heating up in about 7-8 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and all dishes had a keep-warm setting, so you didn't have to worry about the food getting cold. It was also very convenient to walk to the high-speed rail station. Overall, a very good experience."

The hotel has 116 rooms with complete supporting facilities, 3 kilometers from the railway station and 40 minutes from the airport. The surrounding transportation is convenient and the environment is beautiful. It is also a road away from the Crystal Museum. The business philosophy of "guests first" is to treat guests as God, and sincerely provide guests with warm, thoughtful, civilized, polite, fast, safe and standardized services.
"Very close to Crystal City, or the closest, the hotel is connected to Crystal City, the underground garage and the ground are connected. It happened to be a market day, right in front of the hotel. GGuest UserThe room was incredibly clean and fresh, with no strange odors. The service was absolutely superb, from the front desk to the restaurant staff – everyone was so helpful. I loved the smart toilet, and having Xiao Ai control the lights was a cool touch. For anyone staying in Donghai, this is definitely the hotel to choose! I stayed with my child and felt completely at ease. I forgot to take pictures this time, but I'll be sure to next time I stay!

GGuest UserThe service was so bad it didn't feel like a chain restaurant. They tried to get a membership card as soon as I walked in, saying there would be a discount for extended stays, but in the end it wasn't even as cheap as booking online. They just bundled up my laundry and put it in a bag; it was wrinkled when I took it out. The front desk said they were out of large cups of coffee and had to split it into two cups, one for me and one for her.

The hotel is in a good location, close to popular attractions and commercial areas, and very convenient for travel. The surrounding environment is quiet and not noisy, so you can have a good rest at night, while not losing the convenience of life. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

The room I stayed in was spacious and bright, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and I slept until I woke up naturally! Stepping out, you're immediately greeted by lush nature, truly breathing fresh air among the trees. The hotel's service was also superb; it was clean, hygienic, and everyone had an excellent attitude. The park is very large but exceptionally clean. The front desk staff were very patient, and when we misplaced something, the housekeeping team promptly updated us. It was genuinely a wonderful experience. There are plenty of activities for children, including a petting zoo and grass-sliding. The tent cabins are incredibly atmospheric and perfect for photos, and there were no mosquitoes – the hotel handled everything brilliantly.
