"The apartment is a duplex, but quite small. It works fine for two people, though the kitchen setup is very limited—there’s only a single-burner stove and no cookware at all, not even basic utensils like forks. Housekeeping was a positive aspect, as cleaners came daily to tidy up and provide bottled water. The location is excellent, with Metro Line 11/25 right next to the community gate, making it very convenient for getting around. However, the apartment may not be suitable for older travelers or anyone with heavy luggage. You need to carry your bags upstairs yourself, and no assistance is provided. Another important point is connectivity. While the apartment has Wi-Fi, it did not work properly with international phones. Even with VPN attempts, we couldn’t get reliable access. If you’re traveling from outside China, it’s best to plan ahead by getting an eSIM or local SIM card. Keep in mind that many international apps may still not function due to regional restrictions, so you may need to rely on local apps instead. Overall, the stay was decent. Just be prepared for these limitations and plan accordingly when visiting China."

"During my recent trip to China, this hotel was honestly the best hotel experience I had. The room was exceptionally clean, elegant, and perfectly suitable for business travelers who appreciate comfort, calmness, and professionalism. What truly made the experience special, however, was the receptionist, Hester. She was incredibly kind, polite, and professional, and her warm welcome made me completely forget that I was waiting for my room. Contact the hotel upon and arrival for pick up and arrange for departure with the receptionist. Amenities in the room are complete and comfortable bed. No breakfast available. No morning call."

"Overall, the experience was fantastic! The apartment is located in the heart of Beijing Road, making shopping and getting around incredibly convenient. It's also right next to a park, which is lovely for a relaxing stroll in your free time. Both the complex and the room itself were quiet, clean, and had excellent natural light and ventilation. The in-room amenities were fully equipped and very easy to use. The staff were warm, attentive, and always responded promptly to any requests. It's perfect whether you're just passing through or staying for a few days."

"I booked this hotel for 2 reasons, close to my football game, and its cyberpunk feel. However, none of those impressed me more than how they just got things ”right” - the friendliest, most helpful (and good-looking) staff I've seen in a hotel for years, the ambience (especially the small), and the food - Ming Court isn't overated at all: the food is top-notch (on the pricer side, of course) with their prime selection of teas, and even their complimentary Chinese pastry is like some of the best on the market (I munched down all 4 in minutes). Better yet, it's quiet but convenient, as it's like 5 minutes walk away from a shopping center with loads of choices of food that fits every budget. Now, of course there are a few things that could've been better, for example the elevators line up too far from one another, so be ready to sprint (or walk very fast) to the doors a few steps too far while worrying about them closing on you. Then there's the small bathtub - if you're over 6 feet then it's not gonna be too comfortable. Bottom line: a smaller yet more thoughtful hotel that will make you smile."

"The hotel is clean, spacious, and bright, with large windows providing plenty of natural light. The facilities are convenient. The front desk staff and hotel manager were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, as was the room service – everything was impeccable. We had a very comfortable stay during our trip. The room had good soundproofing, and the staff were enthusiastic and efficient, basically fulfilling every request. Most importantly, the room rates were affordable, and parking was free. We were very satisfied! It's also conveniently located near the subway and airport for easy access."

"My family has arrived the resident around 1240hrs which is much earlier than official check in time. However the counter staff was attentive whom has surprisingly offered to us with instant FOC upgrade from 2 rooms to 3 rooms unit and allowing us to move into unit immediately. It is located at 29 highest floors end of corridor corner unit. The viewing angle has 2 sides of street view instead of normal single side. One side of it is able to see Pearl river.😍😍It also just few walking steps to restaurant for breakfast or afternoon tea and gym are situated on the same level 😘😘 The pros 👍👍: 1. Great interior design with cosy ambiance. 2. The building security access is enhanced for guests safety. 3. In-room clothes washer with dryer and detergent was provided. 4. Breakfast with ample choice and perfect coffee served. 5. Daily housekeeping. 6. The food delivery is using robot to transport from L1 to guest room. The cons😩😩: A. The kitchen is empty without any cooking wares. B. In the late night some wired knocking noise from ceiling. C. The water pressure is low. D. The afternoon tea is served with very limited items. E. The guests have to alight along the road side without any shelter if bad weather. F. The Didi and Baidu app unable to locate J Resident which has to enter J Mansion (J 公館) G. The wifi is very unstable and easy disconnected. H. The double bed in each bedroom is only fitting for 2 small body sizes guests to sleep on it."

"This is a classic business hotel, nothing much to add. For breakfast, you have two options: a revolving restaurant with views of the Canton Tower, or a halal restaurant. Both offer a wide variety of dishes. There are quite a few international travelers, so if that's something you'd rather avoid, you might want to consider other options. The soundproofing is excellent, making for a very quiet stay. All the services are well-executed. The hotel also has its own museum and various entertainment facilities."

"Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we are truly happy that we chose to stay here. From the very first moment we arrived, the experience already felt warm and welcoming. We especially want to give a huge thank you to Connor, who made such a strong first impression on us. At first, some of the staff greeted us in Mandarin, but once they realized we were speaking English, Connor immediately approached us with such professionalism, friendliness, and great initiative. He made us feel comfortable right away and handled everything smoothly with genuine hospitality. His attentiveness and positive attitude really stood out throughout our stay. We were also very happy to receive a high-floor room, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The room itself was spacious, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was well-maintained, and you could really feel the quality and attention to detail in both the room design and housekeeping. The bed was comfortable, the atmosphere was relaxing, and overall it was a perfect place to rest after exploring the city. Another lovely surprise was the complimentary treats arranged by Connor, which we truly appreciated. Small gestures like this really make guests feel valued and cared for, and it shows how much effort the hotel puts into customer experience. The breakfast was also one of the highlights of our stay. There were many delicious options, and we especially loved the live station for cicongfan — it was honestly so good and something quite unique compared to typical hotel breakfasts. Everything tasted fresh, and the variety was excellent every morning. Because we enjoyed our stay so much, we eventually decided to extend for a few more nights instead of moving elsewhere. That alone says a lot about how satisfied we were with the hotel, the service, and the overall atmosphere. The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient, and right beside the hotel there are several great local food spots to explore. We especially loved the wonton noodles nearby — definitely one of our favorite meals during the trip. Having good local food within walking distance made the stay even better. The only small suggestion we would give is that some parts of the room could benefit from a more modern renovation and perhaps a fresher fragrance to elevate the luxury feeling even further. The room was still comfortable overall, but with a more updated design and a fresher ambiance, the experience would become even more perfect. Overall, this hotel gave us such a memorable experience thanks to the excellent service, comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and strategic location. Special thanks again to Connor for going above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable. We would absolutely come back again."
