"I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. "We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel is clean, and all the furniture is new. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a small eatery about 300m away, and a supermarket with ready-to-eat options about 500m away. Also the hotel is ideally located near the airport and train station. Our flight was early, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport, even giving us two energy drinks to recharge — very thoughtful gesture. We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few days until we come back. One area for improvement would be to provide reusable towels instead of single-use ones, because they are drying better and are more eco-friendly. Overall very satisfied and we recommend this hotel."

She thoughtfully asked about my needs and proactively introduced the hotel's facilities and local attractions, which I found really heartwarming. The hotel's overall environment is high-end and elegant. The lobby is exquisitely decorated and grand, and the public areas are spotless, even in the corners – the ambiance is just perfect. The guest room was spacious and bright, with a minimalist yet quality decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, guaranteeing a good night's sleep without any noise disturbance. All the in-room facilities were comprehensive, and the bathroom amenities were of high quality. Both the vanity and toilet were meticulously cleaned, showing great attention to detail. The hotel's breakfast was also a pleasant surprise. The variety of dishes was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options, all fresh and delicious, catering to different tastes. Additionally, the hotel's location is excellent, making travel convenient, with easy access to transportation and shopping nearby. Whether it was the service, environment, or facilities, everything fully met a four-star standard. The staff's service was consistently excellent throughout, making me feel incredibly welcome. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I visit the area next time, and I highly recommend it to all my friends – you can't go wrong with this one!"
