"I am from Japan, and I stayed at this hotel with my wife. Before our arrival, I was in contact with the hotel manager via WeChat. The manager personally picked us up at the airport, and we were able to get into the car without any waiting time at all. He was incredibly kind, and we communicated smoothly using a mobile translator. Since we arrived at the hotel around 10:00 PM, the manager was very thoughtful, even asking if we wanted to order food delivery for dinner. We felt a deep sense of hospitality and warmth. We stayed in a twin room on the 16th floor; the view of the mountains from the window was beautiful, and the room was so clean that my wife and I could truly relax. Because this hotel puts its guests first, we decided to extend our stay for an additional two nights. "There was no air conditioner and it was too hot in the room. Our room was facing the road and it was very noisy. Due to the heat and noise, we could not sleep. I recommend staying in this hotel for no longer than one night if needed. Otherwise, it’s too hard to feel comfortable there."

"Our flight arrived at Xining Caojiabao Airport on May 22, 2026, at almost midnight. The driver from Hanting Hotel picked us up smoothly and took us to the hotel. The female receptionist warmly welcomed us and helped us book a carpool to Xining city center for May 23rd. The breakfast was also delicious. What truly touched us was when we checked out; several staff members, seeing that we were older, came out to help us with our luggage and escorted us to our car. We felt incredibly cared for. We've already returned to Shanghai on June 2nd, and we're writing this review to express our sincere gratitude to all the staff at Hanting Hotel!"

"1. The breakfast was terrible, not as good as Hanting or similar restaurants. 2. The room was very old and not worth the 300+ yuan price tag. 3. The airport shuttle service was terrible. It was shared with the apartment, so there were always long waits – both for pick-up and drop-off."

"We stayed here for one night to catch an early flight the next morning. The hotel is clean, and all the furniture is new. The staff are friendly and very helpful. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, but there’s a small eatery about 300m away, and a supermarket with ready-to-eat options about 500m away. Also the hotel is ideally located near the airport and train station. Our flight was early, and the owner kindly drove us to the airport, even giving us two energy drinks to recharge — very thoughtful gesture. We were also able to leave our luggage there for a few days until we come back. One area for improvement would be to provide reusable towels instead of single-use ones, because they are drying better and are more eco-friendly. Overall very satisfied and we recommend this hotel."
