Location & Transportation: The hotel is very close to Caojiapu Airport and offers a 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service. After we landed, one call and the driver arrived quickly, which was super convenient. For travelers with late flights or those catching an early flight the next day, this is absolutely the top choice. Room Facilities: The room was very new; you could tell it had been recently renovated, but there was no strange odor, which I really appreciated. The bedding was soft and clean, making for a very comfortable sleep. Although it's near the airport, the soundproofing was good, so it was quiet at night, and the kids slept soundly. Cleanliness: The entire hotel was exceptionally clean. From the lobby to the hallways and the room itself, everything was spotless, which made our stay very reassuring. Service Attitude: The front desk staff were warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, and they proactively informed us about breakfast and the shuttle service. "I wanted to leave a bad review as soon as I checked out. I booked a family room but was upgraded to an executive room at the front desk. However, the master bedroom was 30 degrees Celsius, unbearably hot, and opening the window did nothing to improve the temperature. Oh, and by the way, the rooms facing the hotel have a direct view of the elevated highway and high-speed rail line, so the soundproofing of the windows is very poor. I called the front desk at 1 a.m., and they suggested I change rooms. I asked them to lower the temperature of the underfloor heating, but that didn't help either. I finally managed to fall asleep with the air conditioning on. The Chinese restaurant was practically unmanned; don't expect any service here. Staying here is worse than staying at a Ji Hotel."
