"Traveling during the off-peak season in March, I looked at many local hotels and finally chose Pullman. I also scrolled through the reviews and still recognized the quality and service of the Accor Group. Here are a few points: When we arrived at the lobby on March 26th, a tall, bespectacled young man at the entrance helped open the door. Upon seeing our luggage, he proactively helped us with our suitcases and guided us to the front desk very professionally. After checking in, he led us to the elevator area, explaining the locations of the hotel's dining areas, pool, and mall, and even escorted us to the 52nd floor. I'm also very grateful to the cleaning lady on duty the next day. I told her when we'd be out for a meal, and she came exactly at that time, not disturbing us at all. When we asked for a clothes rack, and they were all borrowed, she specially got a standing clothes dryer from the laundry room for us. Lastly, there's the gentleman my husband mentioned in the pool changing room. Seeing that we were tourists, he specifically told us about the swimwear spinner dryer available for use. Every single staff member at Pullman is dedicated to their work. However, the downside is that the fragrance in the public areas is a bit too sweet, similar to the scent of Givenchy PLAY. Secondly, the breakfast buffet is on the simpler side, just decent, not particularly extensive. But these minor flaws don't detract from the overall excellent experience. "This was my second stay, and this time I was given a tatami room. The view wasn't as good as my previous stay, which overlooked the river and a distant view of West Lake. However, my child absolutely loved it! I got two blankets for him and he made a little 'nest' on the tatami, and now he insists on staying in this type of room every time. After two stays, I'd summarize that the hotel's facilities are decent, but the food is a real standout. The breakfast noodles are especially delicious, and during the May Day holiday, the staff preparing them were incredibly efficient; even with a queue, they got everything ready in minutes. Due to bad weather, we opted for the hotel's seafood buffet dinner. Guests get a discount, and it really catered to both adult and child preferences, ensuring everyone found a few things they liked. The seafood was just okay, but the lamb chops, Thai shrimp salad, and desserts like the durian pastry were exceptional. My family member thought this dinner was fantastic value for money. I'll likely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Huizhou."

It happened to be my boyfriend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with an exquisite cake, which was a lovely unexpected gift during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday! The complimentary travel photography service included in the package was excellent, and the photos turned out great! The photographer guided us through many scenes, with professional composition and patient posing instructions. The entire process was transparent regarding costs, greatly solving my boyfriend's photography challenges, haha."

EErica StrolenFamily getaway First of all, I was amazed at the fact we were welcomed and checked in long before 2 pm, as soon as we arrived at noon. Next great thing was that the receptionist helped us to swipe rooms, as we booked one king size bed but for the family of four it was a bit inconvenient, so in a matter of 10 minutes we got a spacious room with 2 wide beds. So the night sleep was unmatched. The location- from the first glance - looked a bit weird, coz actually the hotel is the part of the bigger residential area, although multi-stored houses are still in the stage of development and not fully inhabited. But, on the second day, when we explored the whole area we found out there were much much worse districts with entirely damaged roads, abandoned structures and left behind businesses. So after that ugly image I changed my initial impression and have to say the hotel is just right for family and perfect rest. We had a wonderful time while taking baths and even the hot springs square isn’t large we counted no less than 20 bath tubs with great proportion of aromatic and herb additives so you may enjoy the fragrance while bathing. Meantime you also can sip various herbal tea or water at the bar or have a nap on the hot stone platform. Cool place for kids too, with the separate pool, mini aqua park, swimming pool for adults was also beautiful though not the right season for swimming. Nice playground for infants and snooker tables for adults. We loved the breakfast too, many options including European food and coffee. Maybe one of the best benefits of choosing this hotel was proximity to the gorgeous mountain park also designed for families with young kids. The zigzag mountain road, the panoramic views and the hiking trail were simply amazing. Traveling that area means you may try local food which is goose, duck and home raised chickens, river fish and the main local specialty- rice cooked in the bamboo tree. All tasted great.

GGuest UserThe facilities are comprehensive, a bit old, but the overall feel is good. There are many hot springs, a pet park with lots of animals, and a large swimming pool. There's also an infinity pool on the beach with sea views. The hygiene is generally good, and the toiletries are L'Occitane. The service was good, except for the photographer assigned by the hotel for a complimentary photoshoot, who had a bad attitude. All the other staff provided service with a smile! There were also bonfires and fireworks at night. Overall, we had a great time and could easily spend a whole day at the hotel without needing to go out! 👍🏻 The private beach was the best part – the sand was very fine, it wasn't crowded, and we could play to our heart's content!

WWSLRIt was a very nice hidden hotel, nicely renovated. The pictures advertised on the rooms seem larger than it actually are but are still simple and comfortable. Booked for 3 nights stay, staff are very friendly. However, not the hotels fault, I had to leave on the 2nd night, I returned back to my room at 5pm and stayed in my room to relax, but guest next door left their energy on slot card on (their air-conditioning, lights, and shower fan would be on throughout while they are out) I couldn't relax as their shower fan was on and it was extremely loud as their shower room was connected next to mine. It went on for hours and hours, so I requested to change rooms around 7pm. And the young male said, that he couldn't help about the noise next door and I can't change rooms until tomorrow. I got so annoyed that I cancelled the remaining two 2 nights through trip.com. they must had a notification, and instantly changed me into another room. And it was nice for them to let me see the rooms before deciding. I wouldn't stay here again, as I am a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, this hotel is not sound proof, you can hear people walking up and down the stairs even if you are far away, you will be able to hear people's conversations when they return back to the hotel really late, especially if they stay above you, and their footsteps and laughs. I stayed on the 3rd floor, facing an abandoned building, which looked really spooky. The hotel comes with breakfast, only ate once, the auntie's attitude not very friendly and just hands over with a selection of breakfast in a tray which had: congee, sweet potato, boiled egg, etc.

They have put so much effort into my food, who cannot eat everything. The weekend there was really pleasant even though it was raining badly all the time. After I talked to the hotel and a manager for about 2 hours that evening when I arrived, to find out if they would be able to give me something to eat, because I'm allergic to several things, I really did not expect much. They said they would bring it to my room... What a pleasant surprise the next morning and the 2 other mornings !!! The most beautiful and most delicious food you can imagine!! Wow and they are far from cities, thus they prepared it with what they had!! 😊🌸🌻👍🏻 The staff were also so polite and friendly!! Unfortunately there was no map of the resort and also not clear signs. I couldn't understand the cryptic directions to the hotsprings the reception gave...😱 Thus I had to wait till the lights came on, then I could see where the lights at the pools were .. Perhaps they can put a ”roof” or cover over some pools, then it will be more enjoyable when raining... Because if the rain, the roof swimming pool was closed, but beautiful view from there. There are so many beautiful nature places nearby to explore and fir hiking, but unfortunately the weather was not good as the rain was pouring! Perhaps the hotel can buy the ugly murals or ruins or half-built buildings that damage and interrupt the beautiful views of trees... It is really a sore eye in the beautiful view... then they can renovate and finish the buildings... I really hope one day I can go again!! But everywhere I have been telling people of this great hotel and will keep on doing it!! 👍🏻🌻😊

GGuest UserThis was our second visit to the Dusit Thani Tianchang Resort, and the overall experience was excellent. We arrived around 2 PM and check-in was incredibly smooth and quick. 'Qinghuan' at the front desk was particularly helpful; she went above and beyond by proactively arranging a room for us on a higher floor with a better view. She also thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities, activities, and provided helpful tips, making us feel right at home. The hotel's buffet, as always, offered a rich variety of dishes that were visually appealing, aromatic, and delicious. There was truly something for everyone. Beyond the usual seafood feast, they had a great selection of local specialties like 'kiln chicken,' 'drunken goose,' and 'salted duck,' all of which were delicious and perfectly suited our taste. Another highlight was 'Candy Shen,' a staff member who, upon subtly learning it was our baby's birthday, thoughtfully presented us with a gift and a beautiful small cake. We were very touched by her kindness, which added such a precious and memorable touch to our trip. Thanks to these warm, hospitable, and attentive staff members, our family had a fantastic time. The children especially had a blast and are already looking forward to our next visit to try out all the different activities again.

GGuest UserThis is a wonderful hotel for a family vacation! The hotel offers entertainment for every taste: several swimming pools, a water park, beautiful green grounds, a beach with clean sea, and for game lovers: chess rooms, billiards, table tennis, as well as a gym. And there's so much for kids: a children's playroom, arcade games, a cinema, a petting zoo where you can feed animals, various water slides, and a foam party. The dinners and breakfasts here are amazing, catering to all tastes! When we checked in, we were given a room that smelled damp. Lucy from the staff quickly resolved the issue and moved us to a room we chose ourselves – this was the only discomfort we experienced. She also helped us with dinner arrangements and assisted with the dry cleaning service. Angelina greeted us every day at dinner and breakfast, and helped us with any questions, which made our stay very comfortable. Also, upon check-in, they provide fruit, and upon check-out, they give toys, which is a very nice bonus. The room itself was bright and spacious; we had a high floor with a wonderful view, and we couldn't hear the neighbors. The only downside for those who prefer quiet is the fireworks. They are set off every day from dusk until midnight. We couldn't tell if it was the hotel or local residents, but it was a bit noisy. The hotel has many different restaurants, as well as cafes and bars. Overall, I recommend it!
