Great hotel experience, highly recommended! This time staying in the hotel, the experience is perfect! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the enthusiastic and professional front desk staff quickly handled the check-in procedures and also kindly reminded me of nearby food and travel guides. The service details were very detailed! The room was clean and tidy, with no odor at all. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress was just the right hardness for me, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. The room is decorated in a warm and stylish way, with all the smart equipment available. Lighting and air conditioning can be easily controlled via mobile phone, giving it a full sense of technology. The bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the toiletries are high-end scented ones, and even the hair dryer is a well-known brand model that does not damage the hair, showing quality everywhere. The price/performance ratio is very high. I will choose this restaurant next time I come here. It is definitely a five-star rating!

To be fair, this is a high-end hotel with many outstanding advantages but some shortcomings in its facilities. The hotel is located in a high-rise office building near Victory Square, a very convenient location. The rooms are spacious, stylishly decorated, and have a well-designed layout, offering panoramic views of Victory Square. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and the staff are highly professional! Thank you! [fist bump] There is an underground parking lot, but parking is limited during peak season, and the underground garage has narrow, winding downhill sections, so large vehicles should proceed with caution. Many room types have enclosed windows. I didn't need a family room, but booked a deluxe city view family room with an open window for better ventilation. However, one elevator doesn't go directly there; I had to transfer to another elevator on the 7th floor from the front desk, and even outside of peak hours, the wait was still too long.

The all-season hotel really exceeded expectations! Convenient location, walking distance to the subway station and business district. The room was clean and tidy, no smell, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sleep was super fragrant. The facilities are complete and well maintained, and the bathroom is very practical for dry and wet separation. The staff is warm and thoughtful, and the questions are super intimate. Very cost-effective, I will choose here next time, recommend it to everyone ～

I scrolled through my album for ages trying to find the photos I took, only to realize I hadn't taken any! So, here are two pictures of the outside view from my room instead. I stayed for three days and found the hygiene conditions excellent, and the bathroom had a great wet/dry separation. I prefer a lower pillow, and they offered a choice of a high and a low one, which was perfect. The cleaning staff tidied up every day, and the room amenities were replenished daily. The three ladies at the front desk were also outstanding – highly recommend! The location is great too, very close to the train station, and there's a bus stop right downstairs that took me to most of the places I wanted to visit (personally speaking). You can even get directly to Qian Mountain from here.

Hotel location is very good, eating and shopping around are convenient. The room was cleaned very clean, no smell, complete toiletries, moderate mattress hardness, and sleep well. The room was incredibly clean, which I really appreciated. The cleaning lady was always available and did a thorough job. The front desk staff was lovely and check-in was very quick. It's right next to Vientiane Mixc, making it super convenient for dining, shopping, and transportation. I had a satisfactory stay and will definitely come back.

The environment is very good. It was snowing when I came. It was so beautiful. I highly recommend it. The service staff are also very enthusiastic. There is no hidden cost. You can go there with confidence!

We were satisfied with the room, had plenty of parking, and enjoyed a delicious breakfast. We ate at the restaurant that evening; the prices were reasonable, the portions were generous, and the food was tasty. The complimentary hot spring bath had excellent water quality. Our itinerary was to climb Qianshan Mountain on the first day, stay here that night, and then soak in the hot spring on the second day – perfect!
