"The staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The room was spotless, the bed was soft, and the bathroom was excellent with strong water pressure and a private bathtub, offering a natural and quiet ambiance. The swimming pool was also great."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐My top choice for business trips to Vientiane, I highly recommend the Vientiane City Hotel! My recent business trip to Vientiane led me to stay at the Vientiane City Hotel, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations – it's definitely a high-quality business hotel. The room was spacious and airy, with panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offering a superb view. In the evening, you can overlook the city's residential areas and the distant airport, creating a wonderful ambiance. The room decor is modern and minimalist, with luxurious flooring, soft and skin-friendly bedding, and excellent soundproofing. After a busy day, you can get a peaceful night's sleep. The bathroom amenities are meticulously chosen, featuring a marble countertop, a separate shower, stable and abundant water pressure, and high-quality toiletries for a comfortable washing experience. The mini-bar setup was a pleasant surprise, with a retro kettle and a mini-fridge stocked with drinks and ice glasses. The attention to detail is remarkable, giving it a very homey feel, so even a long stay wouldn't feel monotonous. The buffet breakfast offers both local Laotian flavors and Western simple meals. The taste is authentic, the dishes are exquisitely presented, and you can freely combine items as needed to start your morning full of energy. The hotel's security management is rigorous, with standardized entry and exit procedures. During a business trip to Vientiane, a sense of security in accommodation is particularly important, and I felt completely at ease during my stay. The staff were polite and professional, and the front desk responded promptly, making communication smooth and efficient. The hotel's location is convenient for travel, making it easy to get to major government and enterprise units and business districts. With brand-new hardware, tasteful design, and comprehensive facilities, it's suitable for both short business stays and longer-term assignments. Compared to many other hotels in Vientiane, the Vientiane City Hotel stands out with its comprehensive strength, balancing aesthetics, comfort, and security. On my next business trip to Vientiane, I will definitely choose this hotel again, and I also recommend it to friends coming to Laos for work or inspection. Hygiene: Excellent 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Environment: International five-star standard, definitely 'old money' style, which I really like. Service: The service is excellent, and the front desk staff member is very handsome."

"Great hotel! The breakfast was decent and left a really good impression on me in Vientiane. Mon and Farsay provided excellent service; they were two very enthusiastic young ladies. Facilities: Excellent. Not inferior to domestic five-star hotels. The only thing is the door lock felt a bit insecure, and I've seen other guests mention this issue as well. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Environment: Elegant and minimalist. Service: The staff were very enthusiastic! I couldn't get a taxi to That Luang Temple, so a staff member drove me there directly in the hotel's shuttle. They even offered to pick me up after I finished, though I ended up taking a taxi to another place, haha."
