The space is much smaller and it looks very depressed. It is very uncomfortable to see this right angle and the area of the window is very small. The hotel room is spacious and the service is good. The room type we booked was in Building B, and the dining area of the hotel was in Building A. Since we were traveling with children, the front desk staff Pan Jing was very enthusiastic and considerate when we checked in. Considering that it was convenient for us to take our children to dine, we didn’t have to run back and forth between the two buildings. We were assigned a room in Building A. It's so thoughtful and awesome.

From the moment I arrived until I left I was very well looked after by Joyce who ensured I had a wonderful stay. She even walked up to the museum with me so I wouldn't get lost and kindly enquired when it rained and I was out and about if I was ok. She also helped with transport to a village and to the bus station. Superb service! Thanks, Joyce- I very much appreciate how you looked after me!!! Similarly the staff at the spa was very kind and helpful to me. I loved how relaxing it was to hear the stream from my room. I slept very well after the spa and I liked the great variety at the breakfast buffet. If in the area, I would happily retun! Thanks again
