You can lock the door and take a shower or use the toilet, but you may need to wait your turn. There is also a single sink outside of the bathroom for the entire floor to use. Management is very nice. They do not speak English and are not familiar with the process for registering foreign guests. In the end we asked them to take pictures of our passports and visas and figure it out later.
